Today I went in to order my drink and bakery items. Once I finished ordering,I forgot I wanted light whip cream on the drink, so I told the person who were making the drinks at the time. I said excuse me....she ignored me. I said excuse me ma'am. She said WHAT! UMM IM NOT MAKING THE DRINKS ..MY CO WORKER IS... SOOO UGHH AND ROLLED HER EYES.I did not deserve that and really wanted to have one of my favorite drinks to uplift my day. I am visiting and South Carolina and this absolutely turned me off from everything. I already feel like it's a lot of racism down here. I definitely was not treated like the other customers in the store. On the lady apron, her name was " Florella". She clearly does not like her job or at least treating customers who look like myself respectfully. They do not have to worry about me supporting their establishment.

I see a lot of reviews complaining about how long it takes to get your food/drinks. My advice is order ahead on the app- or- don’t expect others to rush just because you are rushing. I’ve been coming here since moving to Lake Wylie and I have to say, every single employee here is absolutely phenomenal. NICK in particular is someone that goes above and beyond customer engagement. He is so kind, professional, and always interested in our conversations. NICK recommends amazing drinks and remains pleasant/courteous even during high volume hours.

I had an amazing experience at the Lake Wylie Starbucks! The team, led by the fantastic Manager, created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Special shoutouts to Monica, Jillian, Fe, Bers, and Nu for their outstanding service. They made my visit from the UK truly memorable, even gifting me a pin badge to celebrate 20 years of the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Kudos to the entire team for their friendliness and making this Starbucks stand out!

this starbucks is the absolute worst starbucks I have ever been to. they get my order wrong probably 90% of the time. I order my coffee in advance and it will take them literally over an hour and a half for one drink almost every single time after only quoting 20/30 minutes. and the food takes even longer than that. and yet they still keep collecting orders being this backed up. people are wasting time and money at this location. even after all of this the managers still have attitude and push back about correcting an issue when orders are wrong. this store needs serious help from corporate.

My drinks are always made well and the staff is really nice, but in my 30 minutes of waiting during morning rush I've noticed that everyone seemed to need a break and I don't think the employees are getting their legally required breaks, it seems that employees are not even allowed to go pee when they have to. this is extremely unfair and embarrassing to management. no matter how busy you are your employees are the ones who are running the show and have to be allowed to use the restroom as needed. for the sake of your customers and employees please do better

I walked in noticing they were busy with 4 people working and one doing paperwork at the counter. My order was taken in a timely manner. I sat with 2 other people for 15 mins maybe more.. drive thru ran well , several cars helped while we were forgotten inside. noticing a meeting of a group of 4-5 people in dining room of emplpyres. two people doing all orders and one stocking. someone finally came in to take more orders... while my order still wasn't made. asked for my money back and no apology was given. being in the service industry... manager should have asked how to help before giving them more work to play catch up on.

Ordered a simple iced coffee and stood waiting for over 15 minutes! I finally told them I couldn’t wait any longer. They didn’t offer me a refund or anything. Lousy service!!!!

i’m so disappointed, this is my favorite starbucks but today my friend and i waited over 50 minutes for two drinks while other families came and went getting their items quickly.

Honestly the drinks were just fine just frustrated that will be sat there and waited one of the drinks they made for us was placed over at the drive-thru. The couple folks making beverages really didn't look up because they were so busy. It was only when there was a placement of a drink for another customer that I was able to politely get somebody's attention. Only to have our drink brought over immediately.
