Went here last night (Sun). Used to be a great place to take family/friends. When we arrived it was busy, not so much when we left. Took forever to get food which was mediocre. Sweet potato & regular fries were lukewarm. Waitress did replace them with fresh hot ones. IMHO the enclosed patio expansion hasn’t helped. There are still 3 single person bathrooms for a lot more customers. There wasn’t any soap in bathroom (reported). On a fairly busy night I observed at least 5 waitstaff (inc hostess) standing around hostess desk, some looking at their cellphones. (And no, not the larger pads they use to place orders) And I’m not an old fogey but if I wanted to see butt cheeks hanging out of short-shorts, I’d go to Hooters. Not impressed last 2 times here. Better places around to spend my $.

First time dining at Sweetwater, but definitely will NOT BE our last! Brought a party of 24 in for my wife’s birthday, and we had THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Our food was delicious, our service was EXCELLENT, and the atmosphere was PERFECT! We sat on the heated patio and had plenty of room for all of us. Literally could not have had a better experience. Thank you team!

Never had a bad experience! I’ve had great food and great service rather they were busy or not. Cost is pretty standard, but this staff operates with such great teamwork rather carry out, dine in, or bar! Highly recommend! It’s the consistency and customer service for me!

Service was good, we were seated quickly. My husbands chicken sandwich was tasty. The sweat potato fries, cod and regular fries were all cooked in the same over used oil. They tasted like old oil.
