We went there this morning because I desperately needed a graduation cake topper, say good morning to some lady who automatically went in the back instead of asking me if I needed help with anything told her what I needed only for her and some other girl to tell me that the cake decorator wouldn't be in until later on that morning and she knows where all the cake toppers are. Ended up getting some fondant, went to go check out, I said good morning to the cashier, cashier was too busy having conversations about breakfast with someone else. I work in customer service too so I know that sometimes we don't feel like being at work but do better.
