I'm a big fan of their coffee! I've had regular coffee, lattes and the hot caramel apple cider. The pimento cheese is also really good. This is my go-to place. They have a seasonal menu as well, and Companion is a big fan of their School Mom iced latte. Service is excellent and friendly.

Five Grands has become a must stop for my kids when we visit Lancaster. Our visits back home are not complete without a stop here anymore. The service is always spot on and it truly is the best homemade ice cream! Keep it up, we'll always be back for more :)
We have tried this place twice over the past 4 months. We visit various coffee shops in the greater Charlotte area. Both times we visited they were not able to serve us coffee. They didn't have any drip coffee available. Which is really odd considering they only specialize in coffee and ice cream. The staff were super polite and very friendly. We really want to like this place but after a couple of failed attempts I don't think we will be back. I am sure it is great for ice cream so maybe that is what this place should focus on exclusively.

I adore this place. Only things that I'd suggest is when you order online and ask for no ice just chilled, decaff coffee, and the coffee has enough flavors/sugar vs just plain coffee. This is my go to coffee shop. Foods taste amazing! Drinks are great 95% of the time. I've referred many friends and family.
