521 BBQ & Grill - Lancaster

I ordered a medium-rare bacon cheeseburger. I received a well-done bacon cheeseburger. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress, she reacted as if I had made an error. The manager then informed me that, due to my having taken a bite of the food, no discount would be offered. Wow poor customer service will never return to the establishment!

I’ve had a lot of BBQ and this was probably the worst I’ve had. I got the ribs and pulled pork with French fries, Slaw and hush puppies with a coke.

The coke and hush puppies came out first. The coke flavor was definitely off and tasted like the water used to make it was from a well. The hush puppies were pretty good but a bit overcooked.

The ribs tasted like they were poor quality meat cooked in an oven. Tough and flavorless even with sauce on them they were inedible. The pulled pork was warm at best and very greasy with chunks of cartilage everywhere. I tried the mustard base and it tasted like honey mustard.

The only redeeming quality was the waitress was nice and the fries were crispy. I will not be coming back.

My server today was Summer, she was exceptional. Very warm and friendly with a great smile. I had an issue with chicken wings and she immediately remedied the issue. She is an awesome addition to your business and the reason I will return.

Everybody raves this is such a great restaurant. I just spent $33 on some dry pork chops that are over salted ribs that are tough. They don't even fall off the bone. You can barely chew them. The sides are child size sides so not worth the money. Will not be going back. Do not recommend

The food is the one thing I'm going to rate. No stars . I ordered a order of lemon pepper wings they where half cooked and pink in the inside chewy and ruff-like steak. For the life of me I can't understand how I cook would even send those out to a paying customer

Food was just ok. Service was terrible. Waited a long time just to get our drinks. When we finally got food, we weren't impressed. This was our first and last time at this location.

Called in order at 7:36 pm. And was told by whoever that it will be 15 mins. Get there to get food and am told they don’t have order..wanted to know if I was sure I called Lancaster store…so what I do hit redial and when it rings I said yeah I’m sure now it’s been 30 mins then I’m told that they just got a order for 200wings so it’s gonna be awhile. So because someone there ordered after me and they forgot to put it in I went to back of the line.. Ariana had awful attitude..
