Love Adela’s. Sheena is absolutely amazing. Love her ❤️❤️ Bobi was rushing us and brought out our ticket while we were still eating. Didn’t even get a chance to place another drink order.

We typically go to the Waxhaw location, but since this one is closer, we decided to try it out last Friday. If I could give it a negative rating, I would. We were seated right away, but it took quite a while before anyone acknowledged us. When our server, CATALINA , finally came over, we were ready to order, so we placed both our drink and food orders. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our drinks, and our food actually arrived before them. The only reason we got our drinks at all was because I asked about them—at which point the server admitted she forgot. When our food arrived, my wife’s order was wrong. We waited for the server to check back, but she never did, so I approached the hostess. The server came over and essentially implied we were lying about what we ordered, even though we get the same thing every time we go to Adela’s. They eventually fixed the order, but we then waited another 30 minutes just to get our check. The overall service was terrible, and we will not be returning to this location. Save yourself the trouble and drive to the Waxhaw location—it never disappoints. And if you happen to get the same server we had, I highly recommend requesting someone else, as she never checked on us and we continually had to ask the hostess for help.

Placed a to go order. When we arrived home 2 orders were completely wrong. Called and they said to come back. So we had to return to the store, wait for the food to be corrected. I asked for a small side of rice, they said we would charge you for the rice??? Really??? I had to come back cuz you messed up my order and can’t give me a 2$ side of rice for the trouble??? Terrible customer service and we will not return!!

I’ve had great experiences eating both in the restaurant and to go or delivery. This evening I was in a mood for a steak and was ready to drive to outback my normal for my favorite steak. Decided to try Adela’s, not disappointed at all! It was tender and so perfectly seasoned and cooked just the way I like it as rare as they can get it! just delicious. This is now my go to and always pleasant and quick service
