Food is consistently incorrect, cold, or takes a good 10-15 minutes longer than when it says “ready for pickup!”. Shame cause when things are correct it always takes good… Wish this would change for the better.

I tell myself every time, I'll never come back. And I don't for at least a year then decide to give them another shot. Did curbside pick up. After waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes after my promised time, I walked it to see where my order was. Took about 10 minutes for someone to help me. I asked her how long my food had been sitting on the counter. She shrugged her shoulders and said it had been a while. Got home, food was cold. Neither entree was correct. Can't remember when the last time I had a good experience here was. All the places in this small town that close, they need to add Applebee's to the list.

Party of 7. No alcohol drinks no special orders just basic menu stuff. Food came out for party inconsistently half of drinks wrong, most condiments forgotten, took 15 minutes for butter after meal served, by then broccoli cold, asked for drink refill, 15 minutes before she came back. Asked for the check , after 20 minutes went to another waitress to get it. Plates served to wrong people, 4 plates came out ice cold. I have eaten at applebees in 18 states in the last 25 years. Worst ever!! Will never go back. !!

Food was great, however the staff yelling and complaining just ruins the experience of dining out. Waiting 10 minutes plus to get a beer while seated at the bar , should have been my que to eat elsewhere

We keep telling ourselves we'll never come back, but pickins in Lancaster are slim. To be fair their have been a couple of times the food and service have been good, even great, but more often than not, it was as this last visit. Generally, waiting to be seated doesn't bother me, but no employees were on the floor for quite some time. They had most of the boothes blocked off, so we had to sit at a table, and every chair was uneven. The waitress did take our order and drinks quickly, but it was a good 40 minutes before the food came out. The ribs were great. The boneless wings were inedible. Again, thank goodness for the waitress who took them off the bill, but "Never again".

This review is a little late but I think the burger I had was called a classic cheese burger which was good and hot but sadly I can't said the same thing for the fries, because fries were cold and some of them were hard. And also I think that waitress didn't want to be at work that day.

Absolutely the worst restaurant ever to order from. Order online from them almost once a week and this week placed and order for $50.00 didn’t go through and then it charged me twice but never sent the order through so I’m out $100.00 and no one there has any solution except blame me for not ordering from the correct location. Called the restaurant and the manager said what do you want me to do even called corporate and they said the same thing. Save yourself the headache and avoid this restaurant chain.

Summer is the best bartender Applebees ever had! She is personable attentive and relatable. She is the reason for the crowd!
