Andrew was great. Nice guy cool tatts very friendly. The food was good as well. Kinda weird smell in the restaurant though. Definitely would come back to his section

I ordered curbside pick up for our dinner last night 8/15/25. This is the last time we eat at this location. I've given them 3 chances and each time the food has been horrible.
This order the steaks ordered were over cooked and burnt. The ones pictured were suppose to be cooked rare and medium rare. I'm not talking charbfrom the grill. I'm talking burnt. The ribs were burnt. They even managed to burn the kids pizza we ordered. The hamburger tasted like water and the bun was mush to the point we had to get a fresh bun to even attempt to eat it. The vegetables were not completely cooked they were still half hard.
Over $140 worth of food and the only thing that people seemed to like was the mashed potatoes and the order of kids chicken tenders.
Not worth my money to go there after 3 times now. I've given them chances and it's now a waste of my money.

I always enjoyed Applebee's, but tonight's experience was very disappointing. My server was everywhere - bar, tables, in and out of kitchen. It is a shame she wasn't cooking. My mozzarella sticks did not have the taste or consistency of other Applebee's locations. The boneless wings were just terrible. I am surprised I did not break any teeth. Although my bill had been delivered, I ordered the chocolate meltdown cake through that tabletop thing. The cake was tasty and moist, but the ice cream had mostly melted. It is a great dessert, but this too was way off from other locations. I do not demand or expect too much when I dine out. Almost all my reviews are very positive and meet basic expectations of value, quality, consistency and execution. None of those were met tonight.

Boneless buffalo wings (rocks) and spinach artichoke dip… Buffalo bites over cook and cold. I let the bar tender feel them and they were not hot temperature wise! And the dip was not melted on top. A large blog of cheese on top. We had a bad experience for our Anniversary today 😡The bar tender showed her concern. But this was a bad experience for us today.

Our ticket was $77.24 ordered 2 of the 2for $25 well the ticket said one of them was $32.30 and the other was $30.27 mind you we got water to drink, the chips for our spinach dip where stale food was so salty couldn’t eat it, yes I paid for the food and my waitress was nice , ask to speak to the manager which she told me his name is Matt she stated that he said he was busy and couldn’t speak to me at the moment
They just need to close down or retrain their management team cause I won’t be back and I’ve seen many other people complaining about Applebees in Lancaster

Haven't been to Applebee's in forever and decided to go to the Lancaster South Carolina location to take advantage of the all you can eat ribs, chicken strips, or fried shrimp for $15.99. It was definitely worth the price. I got more food than I can eat. It was late at night so They were a little slow seating us but we have great waitress that was very attentive and we were in and out of there in no time.

Food is consistently incorrect, cold, or takes a good 10-15 minutes longer than when it says “ready for pickup!”. Shame cause when things are correct it always takes good… Wish this would change for the better.
