Whoever was working the drive thru Monday at 830pm needs to get the marbles out of her mouth or maybe invest in speaker for the menu board that you didn't find in a dumpster. Too many other choices in this town to bother with this joint. Put up a for lease sign and open up a car wash.

To long Wait time just to order with 2 car in drive-thru ridiculous, and they had 3 employees!?! Daytime manager needs to be on point.
Employees are always super nice and even if they are busy with 2 new workers, you're still more likely to get a fresh still warm correct order!! This rr has a little pride in its business!

$30 down the drain .. ordered 2 greek gyros combos with 2 pumpkin turnovers only to be told at the window the pumpkin ones needed to cook and if we wanted cherry or apple instead… also the fries were cold and Arby’s sauce and ketchup tasted expired.. greek gyros had way more lettuce than meat def not the “we have the meats” logo they give

Usually great service. Tonight in the drive thru,wife ordered beef and cheddar, reg roast beef, jalapeño poppers, 1fry and a coke. The drive thru attendant had an attitude. When wife got to the window,she let her know she kept breaking up over the speaker when she was talking. The attendant rolled her eyes and walked away to get her order. When she got home she had 2 fries and 2 French dipped roast beef sandwiches. Not at all what she ordered!!! Very disappointed and not worth the drive back . Someone needs a lesson in customer service. Disappointed as Arbys usually is better that this !!!
