This is a hidden gem in Lancaster! They hosted our co-op group for a fun family night and my family had an absolute blast! My toddler loved seeing the animals on the farm and the farm dogs were very friendly. The brewery had great music for the kids to dance to and when the sun went down, the lights they turned on were lots of fun! It was such a relaxing, safe environment. My husband and I sampled their beer and cider as well - it was delicious! We are so thankful to this family and business for opening their doors to us and HIGHLY recommend visiting the brewery and supporting them!!!

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and the man serving beers seemed annoyed we were interrupting his show. We tried 3 beers and they all had very bad off flavors -diacetyl comes to mind. We mentioned they were off and he shrugged his shoulders and said that happens. Their Facebook also said there would be a food truck and there was nothing to eat. I would give a 1 star but I can’t do that to a local small brewery…hopefully they fix their issues.
Cool place! We stayed here with our RV for a night as part of Harvest Host. They had a food truck and live band. It’s a little off the beaten path, but it was a nice stay. Beer was good the owner was really friendly.

FABULOUS Harvest Host experience!! My husband and I had an amazing time staying overnight at Benford Brewery/Farm.Brian and his dogs were SO kind and welcoming ? The beer (Senior Chief Lager) and beverages were delicious, scenery was beautiful and relaxing, music perfect, fellow neighbors/customers were very friendly and the farm animals were absolutely adorable.Brian is an outstanding host. Goes out of his way to make you feel at home. We will DEFINITELY be back and pass the word to other RVers/travelers. Cheers to you Brian! ?
