Fiancé and I went to Lancaster location on 9/11 after being ignored at another store. The minute we walked in we were greeted with smiles and welcomes. Order was taken quickly and even offered us coupons we didn't have. Food came out very hot and once cooled alittle tasted liked I hoped it would. The atmosphere was so much more relaxing there. In the future I Will drive the extra mileage for to experience agian.

This place is AMAZING! This was my first time ordering from this particular restaurant and I didn't have high hopes because we used doordash and we always have a bad experience with them, problem is, I'm disabled so it's a necessary evil here. As expected, doordash left half of our order at the restaurant and the woman that answered even knew who I was before I finished because she said the dasher left bc it was "taking too long." The staff and the general manager were all very polite in helping us sort this out. They dropped FRESH food for us and threw in a dessert as a way of apology for the mistake that doordash made. Great experience and, the best part, the food was even amazing. Definitely ordering again. Thank you guys.

I already liked Captain D's seafood, but the quality of service, the sweetness of the young folks who work here, makes it a pleasure to order from them. Such a nice thing to be able to say in this day and age. Spoke to the manager to compliment him, and quickly learned that this level of service starts at the top. He could not have been nicer! Way to go folks, and may your business be Blessed! ?

Visited Captain D's in Lancaster, SC on my way back from the beach today. Food was excellent as is the case in most CD restaurants. What made this visit special was the cashier Tashanai. I'm not certain of the spelling but she was the most pleasant and welcoming young lady I've encountered in a long time. So helpful, kind and bubbly. I hope management will recognize these traits and reward her.Thank you for making my dining experience special.Steve Riggan
