I stopped here for lunch today and the service was so exceptional I had to write a review. The guy working driver thru around 12-1ish today was amazing! I drove up and off with a smile due to his customer service. He did not rush me and made sure I got everything I wanted. The food was delicious and hot, they did not forget anything and it was fast.

Sloppy service. The staff was quick to take my order and put it in. There were only a few other cars in line, so I ordered and got to the window quickly. I ordered a double burger tray and slowly named off what I wanted on the burger, to ensure I got it all correctly as they missed ingredients the last time I visited. I asked for onion rings and cheese bites for my sides. Now when I left the drive through with my food, it was definitely wrong. I got the cheese bites and those were good. The onion rings were a corn dog instead. The burger was close but missing multiple ingredients again. It was on the receipt correctly. Just wrong in the burger. And everything they did put on the burger was all stacked on one side instead of spread across like you’d normally do when making a burger. Please don’t turn the Cookout name into the same “I don’t care” level as McDonald’s.

Got down to the bottom of my tea and took the top off to eat the ice and found that there was a dead roach in my tea ! I will be calling the heath department Monday since no one wants to answer the phone !!!!

Lousy service in drive through only location. Right lane will just stop with no explanation, while left lane moves on with orders. This just happened to me. I had to back out of right lane with 2 other cars, the one in front of mine, and the one behind mine. I had been waiting at least 10 minutes! We all 3 had to back out and unsafely and re-enter the left lane to order. No one apologized or explained the problem!

I was in the drive thru in the right lane with another car ahead of me and sat there for 10 minutes as 6-7 cars in the left drive thru lane all got to take their order and go through the window. Both me and the car ahead of me drove off because it was taking too long. We then went to sonic not far down the road with a similar amount of cars and got our order taken/left with our food within a minute If you aren’t taking orders in that lane then block it off.

HOW DO YOU SCREW UP A BBQ SANDWICH WITH NO SLAW?? ITS LESS WORK, LESS THINGS TO DO! TERRIBLE SLOW SERVICE TOO. IT TOOK ALMOST 20 MINUTED TO GET THROUGH THE LINE AT A BUILDING THAT ONLY DOES DRIVE THROUGH!

Cookout is awesome! Great food served by people with great attitudes. They truly seem to enjoy working there, even though the pay rate is not so great. Even if you're not hungry, have a milkshake! They're worth it 😋
