Wish I could get my tip back. They mixed up our drinks. What's the point of tipping? For good service, but why tip first and expect good service

Iced coffee was delicious. Definitely a place I'd go back to. Place was inviting & patient for our first time there. Helpful when it came to our to go orders as well.

Coffee is good just watch your card they will make mistakes like accidentally charge your card multiple times. Then when you bring this to their attention you will be told you can’t get a refund or gift card there’s nothing that can be done but email the owners because they don’t allow their number to be given out. If you request them to call the owners they’ll do so begrudgingly, then, the owners will keep you on the phone for twenty mins giving you a run around, issue the refund to the someone else’s account, then continue to give you a run around and when you first walked in a simple gift card would’ve made you happy but no now you are out the money you spent for literally nothing and the time you’ve wasted. Sucks me and my lady really liked going here but not if the owners are like this to customers, been in food service way too long to be treated like this. Absurd is putting this experience mildly.
P.S. 1 I already said I would not be returning to support your establishment so banning me is like firing an employee that quit but I’m not surprised. 2. Probably would be more productive to address your problems vs patrons. Hopefully you learn from this but you’ll probably just condem me for your inability to handle a problematic situation appropriately. Enjoy your day.

I order the same drink everyday & the price is always different. It rages from 6.09-7.71???? I believe it’s suppose to be 6.90. Some consistency would be nice.

I used to go here all the time, this place has gone DOWN so bad!!!!!! When I came in this morning there was stuff all over the floor and the barista was literally poring ice all over the floor. No matter were you work you should dress appropriately and this was not this morning, also the coffee is AWFUL now. Very disappointed I used to love this place.

This place was so good and I’m seeing so many pictures on the reviews that make me really wish it wasn’t 10 PM because I want coffee right now so badly!!!! COFFEE!!!!!!! The atmosphere here is awesome! Everyone working here was super cool. I was delighted to find such a brilliant spot in Lancaster!

Tan girl with face piercings and tattoos helped me this morning she was super sweet I think her name was tess??? quick to make my drink but the other girl with the glasses working with her was kinda a bummer she had attitude, it looked like tess??? Was trying to make her laugh and joke around to cheer her up and the other girl was just being super rude. Over all great place, super cute, and great coffee <3 got a cute little coffee bean mousse cake so good and soooo cute!

Love the employees, they remember what I order, greet me with a smile and make excellent Carmel Macchiatos and the mango smoothie is superior. Nice atmosphere as well.

I got a coconut bliss cold brew- super yummy. Maybe a little on the sweet side, I prefer my coffees to be barely sweet and not taste like dessert. I would probably get it half sweet next time and I bet it would be perfect! 👌
