Well I got a message from what appears as an auto reply regarding my less than perfect review, I sent an email giving appreciation almost immediately after, and then no response.
If this was the owner, I see that the lack of productivity and customer service starts at the top and goes down from there.

You can choose to dine in, take out or a drive thru which is nice, most Domino's don't have that.

Ordered pizza online for delivery an hour and 10 minutes went by with no update called and was informed to be over 30 minutes before delivery that the food was ready road to the store to pick up took me about 5 minutes to get there and was informed it still be 2 minutes before it's ready highly disappointed and very poor customer service

Online says 10:30, door says 10:30 and has an open sign but door locked. I would’ve gone to any other business for my son’s Christmas party had I known.
I’m a fan of Domino’s. I’ve always been. Delivery is always fantastic! This location is amazing all around! A special thank you for tonight’s meal. It was fast, hot and super delicious ! Michael was an amazing delivery guy! Our family loves a great pizza night. Thank you to the Lancaster SC location! You rock!!!!
They have done an amazing job on all of my deliveries and pick up orders! Very polite staff and quality pizza 🍕
The manager is violent and rude. Deliveries are often forgotten and you are sent old pizza after calling to ask about a late/missing order.
