Came here and was not even acknowledged by hello . Stood a while then asked if I should be using the kiosks ( first time here ) they said I don’t have to but didn’t offer to check me out . Another person came and stood and she started interacting with him! Just plain unprofessional and careless . I go to Starbucks all the time and they are always very busy and I never was not acknowledged or smiled at . It’s very simple to acknowledge a person - basics of customer service .

I saw them give my online order to someone else and when I pointed out that that was my order they were giving away they assured me it wasn't. So I nodded and waited for another 5 or 6 minutes before they realized that they had indeed given my order away. They got my order out a few minutes later.

waited in the drive thru to order for 5 mins at the speaker. when we arrived at the window the little white girl kept cutting us off and seemed inconvenienced by our requests, to do her job that she chose. kept giving us the wrong order and was just rude. it’s never been like this when we went before.

They are slightly higher priced on the same items I get in Monroe NC and Rock Hill SC. The staff was friendly and apologetic for not having the skim milk I ordered for my iced coffee. Running out of skim milk seems to be the norm, it happens in Rock Hill (Dave Lyle) also. 2% was just as good. I will come back again even though they are more expensive.

This Dunkin is the slowest service in history, totally rediculous,35 min wait for 2 ice coffees
The place is always a mess when it comes to later in the afternoon when people are leaving. There's a guy there who I have heard from employees makes them uncomfortable and to be honest I feel the same way. There are several times where I have come in and have seen people sitting or being on their phones when the place is a mess while some employees are doing all the work. This used to be a great place to sit down in, but now the environment is unfriendly and the drinks are not the same. Very unfortunate.

Tara is amazing! So friendly and welcoming. She makes the best drinks. I always come here to find her when I visit town. The store is clean. All the employees seemed kind.

Go to this location during the week when the adults are working, this place is horrific on the weekends when the “kids” are running the show. After waiting for almost 10 minutes in the drive thru watching the four kids converse and joke right inside the drive thru window, they handed me my food which contained soggy and mushy hash browns and apparently the inability to know the difference between a plain toasted bagel and a croissant leading to the wrong sandwich. I also made the apparent bad decision to order a watermelon raspberry refresher which was extremely sour and she said it didn't taste like it had green tea or lemonade in it leading us to believe it was made wrong after having to wait extra time for that to be made. I would have left negative stars however they got one star because out of the four items I purchased only one was right, they managed to properly make a medium iced coffee with caramel syrup, cream and sugar 👏

The one on Dave Lyle Blvd in Rock Hill needs serious management training. I go there every Fri, Sat & Sun before work and i have never been thru the drive thru in less then 10 minutes. The worst was 17 and it's just for an large plain coffee.

I just bought the most stale donuts in my life today. It's like they made them yesterday for me to buy them today. The frap is good 👍🏿. But the donuts was horrible. Had to through the rest of them in the trash. I'm not even supposed to be eating this stuff. I just wanted a lil cheat meal and yall do this to me. Bet you won't get me again like this
