Was there about 45 minutes ago. I ordered a peppermint mocha signature latte small with four pumps of mocha and almond milk it was made with regular milk lactose intolerant does not bode well with me and I'm not a big fan of coffee so I like the extra swirl obviously paid extra for it ended up not having the right amount of swirls not having the right milk, and was so short staffed my drink sat on the late machine for 10 minutes Will not be going back. I understand short staffed I work at a Duncan in Rock Hill that was ridiculous though

I’ve never had an issue at the Indian trail Dunkin (I go daily) with getting the snackin bacon without hot honey, so just plain microwaved bacon. But must be difficult for this location to leave the sauce off….. but it is lancaster….. can’t expect much out here, and they must be milking a cow inside with how slow this drive thru ALWAYS is.

Ordered a frozen mocha and ended up with a hot cocoa frozen drink... horrible. If I wanted hot cocoa I have that at home and the container of that costs way less than the drink there

Kiosk is a pain to order thu. I would rather have a person. Strawberry donuts need more icing. Maple was not fresh.
This Dunkin donuts doesn't know the difference between a vanilla cream donut and Bavarian cream. What idiot is managing this store. I have personally called the store complaining. They don't have a clue. This Dunkin should be shut down. Such terrible service absolutely terrible. If you can not get orders right. I am not the only one that complains about it. This store in Lancaster SC has no clue. They ought to be ashamed of serving people the stuff. It's like if you went on and ordered a hamburger and they give you a hot dog. The standard of donuts and coffee that the employees issue to customers here, whether with or without manager oversight, is egregious and unacceptable. I ordered 2 strawberry donuts and they so bare frosted and uneven that the result tasted partially glazed. The caramel latte I ordered tasted like zero caramel swirls were even pumped into it and they just called it a day by adding creamer. I’m sorry for anyone who wastes their money here and keep your expectations low if you do. I expect better.
