With all the to go orders and drive through orders they are not staffed to handle inside orders. I waited in line for a very long time watching the employees filling drive through and online orders. This restaurant is severely understaffed. I’m a paying customer that left the restaurant because no one would take my order or even say will be with you shortly. The gentleman in front on me finally had his order taken, which was a regular coffee and then he was still waited when i decided to give up and leave. Just sad that the franchise owners or managers don’t put the same energy into people who actually come in with cash to place an order.

If I could give negative starts, I would give. One of the worst Dunkin I have ever seen. Employees have no common sense to wash hands after returning from the restroom. Extremely nasty. They were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Hope management will look into these.

Came here and was not even acknowledged by hello . Stood a while then asked if I should be using the kiosks ( first time here ) they said I don’t have to but didn’t offer to check me out . Another person came and stood and she started interacting with him! Just plain unprofessional and careless . I go to Starbucks all the time and they are always very busy and I never was not acknowledged or smiled at . It’s very simple to acknowledge a person - basics of customer service .

I saw them give my online order to someone else and when I pointed out that that was my order they were giving away they assured me it wasn't. So I nodded and waited for another 5 or 6 minutes before they realized that they had indeed given my order away. They got my order out a few minutes later.

waited in the drive thru to order for 5 mins at the speaker. when we arrived at the window the little white girl kept cutting us off and seemed inconvenienced by our requests, to do her job that she chose. kept giving us the wrong order and was just rude. it’s never been like this when we went before.

They are slightly higher priced on the same items I get in Monroe NC and Rock Hill SC. The staff was friendly and apologetic for not having the skim milk I ordered for my iced coffee. Running out of skim milk seems to be the norm, it happens in Rock Hill (Dave Lyle) also. 2% was just as good. I will come back again even though they are more expensive.
