Everyone that I have encountered here is Wonderful! Today what really wowed me is a nice gentleman started discussing the eclipse today and asked if we have seen it and I told him I did not have any glasses. This guy offered his eclipse glasses so my kids and I can view the eclipse! So thoughtful and kind! Thank you Dunkin for always going the extra mile with your customers and of course the delicious coffee?
You walk in and you have 2 people. They focus on drive thru and I wait 15 minutes to even get their attention to get one cup of coffee. I was the only one in the store. I am a rewards member but rethinking my options.

Within a multiple order.I ordered a small mocha.I got water downed coffee, it was disappointing... tho one of the other orders of the 3 was a caramel machiato.. which the person who ordered it very much enjoyed, I nabbed a little of her's & put it in my partially full watered down black coffee. ? the donute of the 3 we ordered was good even after it been frosting face down on the bottom of the bag, guess it was old & cold enough to keep the frosting from sticking to the bag so that's a bonus! ?

Im 30 years old with extensive food experience from fine dining to fast food. I started this job to make money while waiting to fix my vehicle. Upon hiring everyone seemed ok immediately that changed. within a month i started having extreme anxiety on shift due to how hostile and inapropiate the manager meranda,and assistant manager cassie are. Myself and other employees are routinely berated even long term solid employees are subjected to verbal abuse. My job was threatened over anything for example i accidentilly overfilled a sink i was screamed at for a good 5 minutes and told if i ever do it again id lose my job i didnt flood anything mind you i just overfilled a dish sink... I have worked prep,line and sautee for some very nice resteraunts I consider myself pretty experienced and capable ive never had issues like this im used to being a high preformer and being treated as such. as a new employee i asked the gm (meranda) how to make a wake up wrap i had only worked the station a couple of times and was still learning she responded by screeching "DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO ANYTHING?" I tried to keep my head down thinking that was the best way to endure the toxic workplace while getting things in order to leave. The abusive behavior only escalated to the point of me having to tell management they are making me uncomfortable. Things seemed ok for a moment then i was assualted by a shift lead during a close i expected this to be handled internally but it wasnt. Im currently working with law enforcement and an attorney to handle that. Im traumatized from my experience there and wouldnt have my daughters work in that enviroment so new employees beware. If i would have seen the reviews here before accepting the position i wouldve never worked there.

I started working at this location dec.20th I was hired by meranda (gm) and cassie (assistant manager) in the interview everyone seemed so kind we discussed availability and I began training after we agreed on a schedule. Immediately I'm being scheduled outside of my agreed upon availability and then my schedule that was agreed on suddenly wasn't available and hours were cut in half. On the shift it's common the meranda would berate myself and other employees even solid employees that had been there years would regularly be verbally abused on shift. Phones are consistently on prep areas along with personal food. I figured keeping my head down was the best way to handle the toxic work situation but things would only escalate. Yesterday during a closing shift I was assaulted and when I brought it to management I was removed from the schedule and told the video of the assault wouldn't be released. I'm having to Persue this with law enforcement and attorney. I wouldn't recommend this as a job for anyone there is no mutual respect here or proper training you're kind of just thrown onto the floor and left to sink or swim. I have worked fine dining to fast food and have never encountered this level of hostility in my life I wouldn't have my daughter work here and I often worry about the younger employees.
