Have never had any issue when stopping by this Hardee's location. Food is usally cooked and prepared well and the staff is usually pretty nice. Not too many people here for the most part so can get in and out pretty quickly. Decent amount of parking spaces.

Don’t come here until you want to wait over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches or be berated by the staff (specifically the pregnant girl). They have 5 staff members running around outside parking cars instead of doing their jobs (making food, providing customer service)

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I have NEVER had such bad customer service as I have had at the restaurant. I really wish I knew the girls name but not only was she rude to my daughter last Sunday when we went in but the same lady was extremely rude to me and my daughter today. I had a mobile order that they had got wrong so I went back in and just let her know that this wasn't my order. She immediately raised her voice and told me I don't know what to tell you and continued to argue with me. Which she then told the manager to come deal with me because she couldn't. It took the manger two minutes to have my order right. I really never write bad reviews because I understand that everyone has bad days but this was not called for at all.

Worst of the worst. We stopped at Lancaster Hardee’s this Tuesday morning around 8:40 AM and then we got cold Steak biscuit meal. Luke warm Ham and the biscuit was burned. Cold hash browns cold steak biscuit to top it off coffee grounds in my coffee. You can’t make this stuff up. What the heck do you do??? There was nobody else there. Heck no wonder. The food was the worst I had in a long time. Y’all will be shut down soon for serving people this kind of “Food” We should have not stopped at Hardee’s in Lancaster SC. Food was terrible. You got time to lean obviously you need to clean and cook fresh food. BAD management. Such a shame that I spent that much money on cold food. I had high hopes but y’all shot that down lol what a shame. Sadly Sherry.

This Hardee's in Lancaster was anything but clean. Sticky floors and tables. Food wasnt very appealing. Maybe they don't have enough employees or are having a hard time finding quality workers. Don't know.

Had a coupon for 40% off a Frisco burger. Limit 2 burgers with coupon. Asked for 2 burgers. I was only charged for 1 burger and only received 1 burger. After I checked my bags out and realized I only got 1 sandwich. I returned to the counter and told the staff member that I had ordered 2 only received 1 and only paid for 1. Since the coupon allowed for 2 I asked to purchase the 2nd burger at the 40% off price. The person couldn't find what she dud with the coupon I had given her before and said she would have to ring it up at the regular price. She m ade no attempt to address the issue. Not very good at customer service. I paid the full price this time but unless customer service improves, I won't be back. The food isn't that good to bring me back

I waited 12 mins for a strawberry shake and there was only 2 customers in the whole place. I told the lady when she walked my shake out the door that it was a long wait and she didn't care at all. I will never go back.

Went to the drive threw and the employee there named Adam was so good to us made sure we had everything we need he went out of his way thank you Adam from Miss Sheila ☺️ lol
Food was okay but there was a very rude woman there. I probably wont ever go back just because of her. People like her shouldnt be working there. Lancaster Hardees is probably out for me

Went through the drive thru ordered double cheeseburger just ketchup, large fries and milkshake. Get home and i have a single cheeseburger loaded. So gross! Went back into the restaurant ordered my double cheeseburger just ketchup and they handed me a bacon cheeseburger again fully loaded. I got my money back but they never apologized for any of it and blamed it on not having any hamburgers. 🤦♀️ I think new management is needed.

Got the chicken tender platter. Hardly any food. The coleslaw was gross. Food wasn't fresh, it was cold. No sauce given. Over priced for terrible food.
