at approximately 7:50 am, today, 2/12/24, I ordered through drive through a chicken biscuit sandwhich, coffe and hash browns. When I opened the wrapper of my sandwhich I saw that someone took a bite of my sandwhich. Yes, Hardies, in Lancaster, SC, gave me a PARTIALLY EATEN biscuit. That is disgusting. I am extremely upset and actually repulsed by this as I am sure you would be as well. I asked corporate to email me back.

The dinning room was extremely cold. It had to be in the 50 degree range. We mentioned how cold it was and the employee said it wasn't cold in the kitchen. She wasn't very nice. We ended up eating our food in the car just to keep from freezing.
