Would give a zero if i could. Was told there not doing to go orders cause there was only 1 cook. Went there friday and there was only 1 cook and they were twice as busy friday and got my to go order. Plus today when i called they didnt answerthe phone. Tried giving this place another chance because ive always had bad experiences but they lost another customer today. Never in my life seen people want to lose money in a buisness like that.

Waited over 15 minutes. We typically go to waffle house so where to wait for a table was new for us. We found another family waiting and went behind them. A waitress walking around clearing tables and serving food. She cleared a table, got the 1st fanily seated. Once a table opened for us, we let a couple with a toddler take it as we were are 2 adults and they were only a couple mins after us. We asked about a table we saw covered in plates that was unoccupied shortly after we walked in on the other side. The waitress said it went to the other waitress (we didnt know their were different waiting sides). We went to that side to wait. The other waitress didn't acknowledge us nor the now 2 tables full of plates. When we thought she'd let us know she'd be a min or was going to address the 2 tables, she went to a table someone was sitting at and putz around moving the salt and pepper shaker near the napkins. She saw us. She knew we were waiting. But like the 2 plate covered tables... she was ignoring us. We walked out. Guess we'll stick to waffle house.

Came in, sat down, waitress said your waitress will be right with you and kept talking with a guy at counter. Waited 10 minutes and left. Weren't even offered silverware or a drink. Worse service ever. Don't know about food. Wait staff sucked. 1 watched us wait while the other never showed.

I have tried to come twice once not open second was at 6pm and the man motioned to us not to come in. He was closing the restaurant. I checked hours online and it was 4 hours till closing. Please fix hours online if your not going to be open.

I don't go here often but when I do the service is always slow. Sometimes that's fine when you aren't in a hurry but if you are, it's a huge inconvenience. The food is pretty good though.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Finally after 20 minutes or more of sitting at table we get a menu. Fast forward an hour later and they bring food out. Not even close to what we ordered. Waitress took food from our table after it had been sitting 5 minutes to another table to see if it was there food. Then took it back to kitchen area. She then brings it back to us and said this is what you ordered. I said no I ordered 3 eggs with cheese bacon and sausage. This plate had 2 eggs sausage and grits with cheese and hashbrowns. She then said oh this is his food. Your only missing bacon. I said no again I ordered.... I then proceed to tell her nevermind I don't want anything at this point. Almost 2 hours later and the only thing we got was coffee. Needless to say I understand yall was busy but the other side seem to be handling her tables just fine. I understand waiting for food while your busy but this was just insane. Another table beside us waited 30 min before getting drinks or a menu. First time trying this place and we will not be back. Next time I will drive to Rock Hill waffle house.

They were very slow in taking our order and when the food arrived it was cold. The pancakes wouldn't melt the butter. While we was there at least 12 people walked out.
cant enjoy a warm meal because the condiments are cold and watery and food gets cold before even half way through it. Coffee is always weak watery and the creamer tastes bad. Also employees act surprised when I ask for something. Dont recommend

First off, the costumer service was terrible. We were not greeted , & when we finally got to the register a lady with brown hair had a horrible attitude us. We already felt as if we were “out of place” just by walking in the door. 1/10 would not recommend. We left and went else where

Per online info it says they are Closed but this is Not Correct and needs to be fixed. I had to call to check and received a very courteous employee stating yes we are open from 6 am to 10 pm. The sign out front does not work this is not good for business. The ladies working inside are very wonderful, friendly and courteous. Excellent customer service... highly recommend ?
