I placed my order through DoorDash at 9:45 PM. Google, Apple Maps, and Yelp all showed this restaurant closes at 10:30 PM. Iāve worked in the restaurant industry for years, so I know DoorDash usually cuts off orders 15ā30 minutes before closing ā so I figured weād be fine. Instead, multiple Dashers kept getting reassigned, until one finally texted me at 10:28 PM saying the store was closed. I called the restaurant and was told my order was canceled because they were āclosed.ā That was it ā no apology, no explanation, and I was told they couldnāt refund me and that Iād have to contact DoorDash. DoorDash couldnāt do anything because the restaurant was still showing as open online. When I called back, suddenly the story changed ā now they were āout of dough.ā A pizza place out of dough is like having a bonfire with no fire. š¤¦āāļø If the staff didnāt feel like working near closing time, they couldāve just stopped accepting orders or updated their hours. If the delivery driver hadnāt messaged me, I wouldnāt have even known. Now my nieces and nephews had to wait even longer for food. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

The cashier needed change; the manager in the backāwho was making pizzas without glovesācame up.
He retrieved change from a nearby room, handled cash, and opened the register still without glovesāall while continuing food prep routines.
He then returned to making pizzas without washing hands or putting on gloves.
This involves switching between cash handling and food preparation without sanitization or glove change, which could pose a health risk.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter, ensure staff follow proper food handling protocols.

I come here very often, and I can say honestly that the food is amazing!!! The staff is very sweet especially this one young men. Heās been working his butt off. Heās a very sweet Hispanic young man! You can tell he been working there for a little while and that he cares for your food. Almost every time I come there he is there and my food is perfect. The place looks well took care of.
