Waited this morning for 25 minutes (no exaggeration) on JUST a large caramel frappe. We had to back up to the main window after the 25 minutes and refuse to pull up again until we got the order. On a different note, every time we go for lunch or dinner, there’s no customer service involved. You order at the kiosk and wait for someone to bring the food out, and If something is wrong with the order, forget about seeing someone quick enough to fix it. Food is always good but service lacks to an insane degree.

Everyone was great! Cobb salad was delicious 😋. The only things that may be changed is the cleanliness of the restrooms a d playground. This is a very, very, busy Chic Fila. They had 6 delivery cars parked as we left. Maybe that is why not much cleaning had been done because they were so busy. One of the employees actually went to the register to order my little rat terrior some nuggets for me. Brought them and my change back. She was very sweet. I am handicapped and we had driven miles hunting a Chic Fila location. It was delicious 😋 highly recommended

OMG. I ordered a chocolate milk shake. $6.04 Good Grief!!! And you can't eat it. It taste like MOLD AND DIRT. And the window did not give me a receipt. VERY bad. Very MAD.

Everyone loves to speak on the poor service, but I decided I’d take the time to highlight the GREAT. I had the pleasure of Mr. Chris & Ms. Shania at a LATE hour and they are the cream of the crop here. The saying goes, you get what you give, and I’ll say I feel even for the unpleasant folks, these two would change your day. My food was correct, hot and fresh and delivered with a smile. Thank you both for taking pride in what you do, it doesn’t go unnoticed! Give these two a raise McDonald’s!🥹

They suck, i come to McDonald’s almost every morning and get a strawberry banana smoothie… for some reason they didn’t fill it up all the way .. like what the helly ? Then almost waited an hour for my smoothie

My grandson and I visit McDonald's around 5:30 am so we normally have no wait time. We love their breakfast menue and the food is really good. The service is great from placing our order at the drive thru to the pickup. The servers are all friendly and courteous.

I ordered online and did curb service . I had no problem with service but my food was not fresh . Fries were barely warm and limp , burger bun was hard like it had been in a warmer all day .

25 minute wait. They see ppl being served before you after you have ordered. Gave my food to someone else. When I asked they seemed like it was my fault. Horrible experience. Makes me not want to go back

Horrible horrible service. This location should be shut down. They can't even give you what's ordered. The workers are not happy about the job. They need to stay off the phone and work.
12/17/18 went to give them another try and I was totally ignored. I needed help with kiosk and no one was around. Obviously I didn't place an order, I left. Update 7/14/25 ordered a cheeseburger added lettuce 99cents for lettuce and barely got any on my burger . Update 7/18/2025 no steak on my steak egg and cheese biscuit this for sure my last time letting them get me. Corporate DOESN'T CARE.

We placed our order at the kiosk, seemed to be slowed with very limited amount people in lobby. The runner who brings orders out to the table finally came out. She was polite , and asked if we need anything. Fries were hot, but appears to have 0 Seasoning on the burger, cheese wasn’t even melted on sandwich. Order was correct.
