There's hardly no interaction anymore. Had to order through a kiosk. Thankfully another customer helped me. Then I had to wait like 20 minutes for a real person to take my money. At least when she did, the experience was better. Technology suck at this point, IMHO.

I will never come back to this McDonald's the people there were so rude and didn't seem to care how long people had to wait.They got an attitude just because I asked questions. The other customers that were in there felt the same way. We don't like the way it's set up inside now the customers are not treated with respect.
