There's hardly no interaction anymore. Had to order through a kiosk. Thankfully another customer helped me. Then I had to wait like 20 minutes for a real person to take my money. At least when she did, the experience was better. Technology suck at this point, IMHO.

Me and my husband went here for breakfast, there was only one staff member there, although there was one staff member we were the only ones in the drive through line. I gave our order and the staff member repeated it back to me and I corrected him on my order. Once we get home and I open the bag my order was wrong. We didn't have the time or energy to go back seeing as we got off of a night shift. Was very disappointed.
