Is this how you treat customers on Christmas Eve?!
Driver couldn't find Driveway...
They didn't call and when I call them (with almost nothing else open on Christmas Eve) Im told
"He called the wrong number, you can get a refund or we can keep your money until you're ready to order again and then we can just bring it to you
He cant bring you the food and you can't pick it up... but we will put a Quality guarantee on it to make sure its right" 🤔
I asked for management and was denied the ability to speak to one. After explaining how unacceptable it was, I asked for the store number and the first names of employees involved, and was put on a "Brief Hold" only to be hung up on 3 seconds later.
Is this how you operate down at the Corporate Papa John's as well?!
I understand the employees are probably upset they have to work so late on Christmas Eve.
Well, if that's how your team operates when its crunch time during the Holiday season... then I ask that you do ALL of Lancaster South Carolina a favor and just stay closed... if the employees dont want to work that badly, then dont make them...
We shall see if Corporate cares or not...
If they dont, then that explains A LOT... and I will make sure I put in every single piece of effort needed to change their mind...
When you serve people... Its important to do so with integrity... this will be a Character building moment for the whole crew.

Would not eat here if you gave it to me for free for the rest of my life. Missed me food up the last 4 times I have ordered, sat in their parking lot for 40 mins after waiting 20 mins to leave to go get the pizza, get there it’s wrong, they “remade it” guess what?! Wrong again…you expect me to sit there another 20 mins with my kids and then have the audacity to tell me how to parent? Yea no thanks! Haha have fun with this one!

I walk in to music blasting, which is cool, I support being able to jam at work but, it was curse word after curse word in the song playing. Glad I didn’t have my 6 year old with me. Cheese sticks look weird to me though, and so does the pizza. Crust burned on cheese bread, and too much powdery crust on the pizza. Never had this issue with any other Papa Johns locations. & just ONE pepper?

Order from here quite often the one time that I ever did have a issue with my order the Manager took care of it and tonight I had Maurice drop off my pizza and he was just so genuine and friendly that I had to leave a review and tell his manager and give him a call. He picked up immediately and was appreciative and I just want to say good things about the whole team they seem like they really care about what they’re doing over there even if I called at 9:30 at night on a Wednesday they were upbeat and professional, cant ask for anymore than this.

Not good! Their pizzas have no sauce and only about 10% of them are covered with toppings. Tried them several times with same results. Worst PJ pizza I’ve ever had. So sad because they are usually quite good. Will not order again.

Place an order on my mobile app. Pizza was warm but the crust was soggy didn't have much tomato pizza sauce on the crust most of the pizza was just crushed wasn't satisfied. Walked in the door no one was in the lobby but me seen three employees nobody greeted me or said anything and I waited almost 5 minutes before they came up to see what I needed. Very disappointing because usually I have great service at this location.

Canadian bacon, bacon, but very little Pineapple. There are better options for Hawaiian Pizzas out there.
There was a young girl at the front I assume she is new but she always has the most snobbish prissy and just straight up arrogant always has a sarcastic attitude horrible customer service just seems like she isn't trained in social skills you ask her something after she's been rude and she just ignores you completely unacceptable I don't understand how she could keep gettin away with being so rude to customers makes you worry that she's shady enough u think she might go spit in ur food!!!
