Place an order on my mobile app. Pizza was warm but the crust was soggy didn't have much tomato pizza sauce on the crust most of the pizza was just crushed wasn't satisfied. Walked in the door no one was in the lobby but me seen three employees nobody greeted me or said anything and I waited almost 5 minutes before they came up to see what I needed. Very disappointing because usually I have great service at this location.

There was a young girl at the front I assume she is new but she always has the most snobbish prissy and just straight up arrogant always has a sarcastic attitude horrible customer service just seems like she isn't trained in social skills you ask her something after she's been rude and she just ignores you completely unacceptable I don't understand how she could keep gettin away with being so rude to customers makes you worry that she's shady enough u think she might go spit in ur food!!!

If I could give a 0 stars I would. As a previous insider employee of Papajohns I know what OLD racked up over docked pizza tastes like. Over proofed left out for hrs. Tasted like cardboard. They forgot my breadsticks and of course had to send a second driver out to me. Do better.

Parking: Plenty of parking and most if not all of the surrounding businesses are closed after normal business hours so more parking is available
Everything in store is as expected from Papa John's. My problem comes from phone ordering. I absolutely hate to order from someone not even working in the store. I had difficulty understanding the person in which I was speaking to and had to ask multiple times for them to repeat what they said.
