Reminded me of the 1980s - actually sitting down in a Pizza Hut - food was good, people were very nice and it was as cheap as eating at a fast food place even with a tip.

I grew up eating Pizza Hut pizza through the 80s and early 90s but hadn’t had it for many years. My order here did not disappoint in any way: the pizza and the breadsticks were just as good as I remembered them being.

Why offer the schedule for later option if the workers are going to just throw your order on the cooking belt when you get there? Yes, they had customers seated but to be told my order would be ready in a few minutes. Then to watch that same employee go to the freezer and put my pizza on the belt! A simple personal size cheese pizza at that. Granted my food is always good but the service not so much. Just for clarification the restaurant was not at all packed.

The food at pizza hut is normally always good they messed up part of our order I called back & they were nice enough to make it right the boneless wings were a little tuff but to me that cause there boneless if they were bone in they would never be tuff

Take out has been fine, but ate inside for the lunch buffet once and only once. Everyone was sitting at their tables with empty plates bc they kept putting out pizzas with weird topping combos...is it too much to ask for some standard cheese or pepperoni. After about 30 minutes we went up and asked specifically for a pepperoni pizza on the buffet...they made one, but we knew everyone was gonna rush up there when it got put out. Luckily the lady making the pizzas gave us a heads up before she brought it out so we were ready. If I were to rate them on pick up orders they would get a 5* bc it is always accurate and on time.

I've always loved pizza hut but damn I order some cheesy bread sticks with marinara and they give me a half a cup of marinara... 🙄 Yeah that covered about 2 sticks. 'mon y'all don't be stingy jeez
I want to say a "BIG THANKS" to Jackie, Akim and the rest of the team for taking care of us. The recent storm (Helene) made it difficult for everyone here in Lancaster!!! They had limited electrical power but they didn't hesitate on our big order for our company!!! Food was hot and amazing and as always customer service was just as excellent as the food!!! The food was good the servers and the staff were very polite it was a very nice casual relaxed family atmosphere. I went there for brunch with a friend. The buffet that they had out was very appetizing very pleasing to the eye extremely well set up. The salads were the best, and the service was exceptional.
