Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes on hwy 9 in lancaster was very professional. What I was astonished by was the fact that they had ONLY 2 people working in there and they got my order too me in 2 minutes. I order through the drive thru behind 2 other cars, when I got too the window the cars were gone and in 1 minute so was I. The lady at the window was very and I do mean VERY polite and the guy who fix my order was working very efficiently,in other words he was real smooth with it because when i pulled up too the window and paid,the lady handed me my drinks and then turn and gave me my order,and just that fast I was pulling out. I pulled too the side and checked my order they had everything in there. I never been too a place where I spent 2 minutes going through the line and they got my order right and in a timely fashion. Keep up the good work guys.

Had to pick up an order. It's 7:31 p.m. The sign says they don't close till 10:30 but they already close the dining area. Had to go around to the drive-thru to pick up my order and still they said it'd be 10 more minutes. Wait when it's already been 20 minutes that I waited because of the drive to get the food. The staff is rude. They do not care about customer service and two staff members are outside smoking a cigarette and it always smells like weed

We ordered from the drive through at 7:20pm on 12/26. The Popeyes “representative” was extremely rude and totally lacked customer service skills leading to a poor customer experience. This was my wife’s first time ordering from a Popeyes and even though the food was very good we will not order food from this location again.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE

I literally left the drive-through less than 5 minutes ago, and I had to stop to write how bad the service is here. The lady at the window wouldn't even turn around and get my card from me, she just put her hand behind her back. They were clearly pointing at me and talking about me while I waited for my food. I was given the wrong size drink and politely pointed it out to which the same lady said "I don't get paid enough to deal with this" to another coworker...

I asked for a receipt and the same lady said they don't give them out this late at night.... what....

I also asked for cocktail sauce for the shrimp and the male cook said it cost extra and it's not free. I asked if one came with the meal and he said no, and they only take cash for the sauce. 2 for $1.... I left with out sauce.

How is it that your restaurant in Lancaster South Carolina says it stays open until 1030 but we go at not even 915 and get told they only have ghost pepper wings and Mac and cheese. Sounds to me like it's a bunch of lazy people or people who just don't give a damn. The manager should do better!!!!

I just love Popeye's Chicken. Or rather what I love is their biscuits and their french fries are pretty good too. I frequent this Popeyes in Lancaster South Carolina maybe twice a month and it's clean and the food is good however the staff sometimes is a little bit slow on the uptake and sometimes even has a little bit of a attitude. They might not think what they're doing is rude but to me it is kind of thing. But I love those biscuits so I'm going to keep coming back.

This has always been the best Popeyes I've ever been to but today was the end of all of that. Restaurant filled with smoke when I went in watch the girl who was completely unmotivated to fix my sandwich by picking up every single item including pickles with her fingernails gross. Manager was also equally lackadaisical. End of an era, won't be back.

This facility just keeps getting worse and worse. Placed an order online, arrived only to be told that what we ordered they don't have. Gave a refund on the order, which we still haven't seen a week later. Went to order something else and was told, no spicy, no fries and no biscuits. What the hell Popeyes??? Who is running this place.

Horrible service Waited and waited to be waited on at drive thru no vehicles in line at all 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Workers could care less to help you. It was like the night of the living dead walking around in there.

Quality is very good and consistent. They are usually pretty fast and cordial. Haven't had a bad experience in a very long time, so I think this is a good spot to stop at.
