Bathrooms were gross and nobody came to the counter to take my order

The shift manager that was working was extremely rude and unprofessional at the window and while he was taking our order. Spent over $70 at this place just for half of the food be missing when I get home and to have been given attitude by someone supposed to be in management. Absolutely will not be coming back to this location again. I can spend a lot less for a lot better food and service at other places.

I ordered a large popcorn shrimp plate with 2 sides. Why did I get a little portion of shrimp that were placed in a small side container? This is my last time I'll getting anything from the Popeye's here in Lancaster, S.C. It needs to be closed down because there's nothing good to say about it. No professionalism there at all.

Wrong order had to drive back and last got a attitude with me like it was my fault that the order was wrong food was jus thrown together #FAIL

Firstly,

Why are the doors locked at 9pm?

Why am I sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes when no vehicles ahead of me in the drive thru?

Lastly why are the only sides that are available- fries, slaw and mash potatoes an hour before close?

I asked for my food to be cooked fresh, the rude manager cuts me off and tells me they stop cooking food fresh at 9pm? Why is that? As a general manager your 1st priority should be your customers and making sure you are servicing fresh food at all times.

I will certainly not be returning to this location and will be putting in a complaint with corporate, please do better.

The place was close and locked up at 930pm

The service here is TERRIBLE from management. We waited at the speaker for at least 10 minutes before another customer had asked us if the establishment was closed. My mother, jokingly replied “they’re open, just a bit slow”. Nobody came to the speaker until that was said in which the manager responded disrespectfully and very unprofessionally “we’re not slow we’re doing shift change”. Instead of simply just taking the order she came back to the speaker with more attitude saying “what do you want”. This manager proceeded to lie about which t tea was unsweetened and sweetened (very important for my mother). Eventually we got our order but dang!! If you don’t like serving people maybe this isn’t the field for you!!

Worst Popeyes to go to honestly. They tell you can’t customize what pieces of chicken you can have with the 12 family meal but then turn around and not even give right amount of anything. A 12 piece is 3 of every piece but yet there are no legs and only 2 thighs. You guys need better management.
