Got the 6 piece garlic parm wings and they were delicious. The chicken was hot and the sauce was very good. Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes garlic parm.
I was 9:34pm and they close at 10:30 I decided to get some get a 12 PC ghost pepper wings with a large red bean and rice and the was no customer in the drive thru and didn't get any service. This location has the worst service and employees ??

Couldn't get anyone at the drive thru speaker so I went inside. The profanity I heard while waiting on my food was crazy! I stood and listened, without trying to, about the cashier's troubles with her love life. 4 people where all I saw behind the counter and only 2 where actually working! The other 2 were the one's in the discussion about cashier's troubles and both were cussing like no one else could hear them! Every window/door there hasn't been cleaned in forever. Management needs to step up at this location!!

Last time I visited Popeyes, l was not satisfied because when you pay for regular orders why can't you get the parts of chicken you ask for 2-breast, and one leg, l understand if you have to stick to your coupon orders, but that weren't the case for me, so l stop going to Popeyes, certain franchise s have good food but the service as to what you want is not good, by management

Worst service ever. Was told I would have a 14 minute wait but it took 32 minutes. If I wouldn't have already paid I would have left, but they didn't give me a receipt to dispute it later. I finally asked for one when I went back to ask how much longer on my food. Was missing pieces of chicken from the family meal and the large macaroni was not large at all they placed a small portion in a large cup. Restaurant looked dirty from the drive thru window. They had chairs in the food preparation area and employees were sitting down. There was so much more but it would take forever to list everything. The girl working was very obvious she hated her job and just didn't want to work and she had zero shame to show it. I placed my order at 5:50 pm they didn't give me my food until 6:25after I pulled back up to the window and asked how much longer. They had no customers in dinning room, no cars in the drive thru. I was the only person there for the first 15min then 1more person came. So they had a total of 2 customer in the 35 min i was waiting So there was no reason why it should have taken so long

Food was delicious as expected, best wings in Rock Hill. (Ghost pepper wings)Dasher delivered too wrong apartment but came back and made it right before the meal got cold. Hopefully delivery will now be as excellent as the food was.

My first time here. I ordered a two piece chicken dinner two sides and was forced to buy a drink. Leg and thigh both were extremely small.They charged me almost $14.00 I could have bought a buffet meal for that price.Service was terrible. They don't deserve to be open. They are thieves. They don't deserve 1 star

Very poor customer service always extremely rude everytime I go and they have lied to my face before about what my family said they wanted they always lock the lobby doors and have plenty of staff.
