I placed an online order on Saturday, September 6th for a Footlong #99 Home Run Ham. I picked up my sub at the drive in window and brought it home. When I opened the bag, the bread on the sub had to be at least one day old. It was so hard it crumbled as I touch the sub. I immediately tried calling the store back with no answer and the mailbox full. No doubt I will never visit that store again.

I haven’t been to Subway in years. This is why I go to Jersey Mike’s because they are 100% better. I got some coupon coupons in the mail and went to this location. I had a very hard time they wouldn't honor the coupons. but I asked her to talk to a manager and they did and they accepted the coupon I asked the extra onions they gave me three little peices of onions I told him I would pay for more onions. They said no that won’t be necessary. They gave me two little pieces of onions. The bread was stale. The meat was cold. The tomatoes were mushy. I would never go back here again. Disgusting Jersey Mike’s is the way to go.

I was shocked when I received my order today. The cashier pushed my sub towards me instead of giving it to me, and that's just the beginning. I don't think my sub is supposed to look like this...
Horrible taste and barely eatable. This is undoubtedly the worst subway place.

Placed a mobile order thru the app at 5:45 .. said pick up time was 6:05 pm… I pulled to the window at 6:06 pm.. informed 2 people I had a mobile order pick up.. order wasn’t ready.. had to wait about 15 mins for a order that was supposed to be ready when I got there… I can tell they wasn’t aware of my order…. I get home and sandwich made all wrong .. no extra onions, no black olives, no peppers no nothing that I paid for … coming from a General Manager like myself .. staff should be more aware of online orders so there isn’t an extra wait time for pick up and also insure orders are correctly made before handing it out to customers!!!!
Normally wouldn’t write reviews on big chains because what’s it gonna do but I just have to say I called in an order went to go pick it up. Waited at the window for about 15 minutes no one ever came so I’ll go inside. Ask them about the order and they said we have to make it. This was 35 minutes after placing the order, neither to say I got a refund with no apology or have a nice day. Definitely won’t be going back here anymore.
Updat:4 months later I never got my refund guess I donated to subway never going back here😡😡
I walked in to get a sub but when i saw how filthy the food prep counter was I amediately walked out ,this place needs new management or to be shut down before someone gets sick. The employees could care less about astetics or food safety, I will be contacting DOHC about it .
Rude employees and wanna rush you took my business somewhere else next I'll be making the drive to Airport Rd location before I would spend a dime at this location

One of the worst experiences with a fast food restaurant, ordered ahead on the app. Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru before even being asked what we wanted, then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to come back...only for them to have fully forgotten about us. The entire time this was happening, I counted a total of 4 associates that walked past the window without making sure we were assisted. all while a line of 3 cars accumulated behind us. Only to finally get poor service once they finally got our food to us. Waited a total of almost 35 minutes for three sandwiches, two drinks and two bags of chips. Do not recommend the drive thru if you have anywhere to be.

Did the drive through. Waiting 20 minutes, had to tell into the store through the window since the obviously forgot about new. Got a bag thrown at me and said done worry about paying for it sorry for the wait. Which would have been great but the salad had lettuce and meat on it and that’s it. No dressing, no vegetables, no straw for my drink, no napkins. I had to go to another place to get lunch.

The worst of all, you order and then they tell you that your order does not appear. Terrible service, they prepare with whatever ingredients they want. I do not recommend them.

Ordered a salad from doordash that included spinach, EXTRA cheese, 3 different dressings and some other odd items. Got the salad, it was in a tiny bowl (not the normal square salad bowls. more of a side salad!) the lettuce was brown, had maybe a pinch of spinach in it, absolutely no cheese, maybe 3 pieces of chicken and no dressing. Thank goodness we had some at work🙄 Tried calling up there to get it straightened out as I work until 6pm but got no answer any of the 3 times I tried. Completely unacceptable. I can understand a little mess up but this “salad” was absolutely pitiful & most definitely wasn’t worth what I paid.
