The cake was absolutely delicious! It was beautifully made exactly to my preferences, and she was so easy to work with—great communication from start to finish. She customized everything to match our theme, and even surprised us by using chocolate cake, which turned out amazing. We loved every bite. Highly recommended!

Asked to see about removing almond flavoring for my wedding cake. She was very rude. Will never be ordering from here again

Asked for a specialty cake to be made. The cake i got was a cheap knock off that while the cake tasted great the icing was just nasty. The after product was supposed to have the wording inlaid but was written but hand. Cake looked nothing like the agreed upon picture I submitted. Ruined m6 grandsons 1st birthday. When I said something in the shop the lady got really rude and just walked away. Run away they will run special moments!

I truly can't put into words how amazing Sylvia did on our wedding cake! She put my inspiration into the most beautiful cake I could ever ask for. I was unsure about what flavor we should have, and she recommended her signature wedding flavor, and boy was she right!! Not only did we think it was phenomenal, but our wedding guests are still raving about our cake to this day! She's incredible and everyone should give her a try!

So first it took me three days to even make verbal contact. Once I contacted the establishment I informed one of the staff members as to what I wanted.
I was told that because of graduation and weddings she could not accommodate my request. That was not what upset me, it was because I contacted her back via email to see if a smaller version of what I wanted could be done, I got no response.
I live in Atlanta I am originally from Lancaster. She emailed me and stated, if you live in Atlanta there should be great bakeries in Atlanta. Wow!!! I am one of the administrators for the Mayor of Atlanta, and the fact that I contacted your establishment asking for a service should have been a compliment to YOU!! My point is…… Nothing in Lancaster County has changed at all. They got to know you are be affiliated with you, in order to get their help. People there have always been about not what you know but who you know. If I had been some big name or fancy company I would have accommodated.

Sylvia does amazing work. We have ordered many birthday cakes over the years. Plan to continue for many more years to come. Cakes are always moist and the icing and decor is top notch. We always get asked who made the cake? Sylvia is awesome.

Such a pleasant experience from placing our order, to pick up, to taking our first bite of cake! If you need a custom cake Sylvia’s is definitely the place to go!

As always Sylvia's does not disappoint. I have ordered three cakes here and have loved each one. Photos for reference. I asked for a panda cake. The cake I ordered looked better than the cake in the picture. 5/5 stars

Ordered a lemon pound cake for the Mrs birthday. Man let me tell you, it was GOOD!!!!
