40 mins for a mobile order I say there watched people order there food knowing I’d placed my food 10 minutes ahead of time and watched everyone else get served to find out my order was just not being filled it was being skipped and stared at like it wasn’t a problem when I’d been there for over 30 mins by the workers

Well i now remember why I quit going to tacobell. Not only has tacobell jacked up their prices but the quality of food has gone way down. I ordered 3 chicken quesadilla, 4 soft tacos with only meat & cheese and a side of chips & cheese. We won't even discuss how a simple small bag of chips and half a cup of cheese is $3.29. Let's talk about how i paid $6.19 for each quesadilla and basically only got half a quesadilla not a single one was portioned properly nor had any of the creamy jalapeño sauce so they were all dry and gross. Also 0 out of 3 were even cooked long enough none of the cheese was melted and the outside was barely cooked. Idk what's going on but I really just want a refund that's crazy what I paid and the food I got. What a rip off!!! My Quesadillas looks nothing like the advertisement 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Let me also say I dont expect it to be perfect I understand it is fast food but this is unacceptable!!!

I am very upset about this location, the service was terrible, the food didn’t taste good. My girl had gotten the chicken quesadilla And she had told them not to put the sauce on it,They still did.
My Crunchwrap was burnt, also didn’t have any flavor at all.

Ordered food through DoorDash and the store took almost an hour to make the food and the driver had to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for it to be ready. Food itself is good but the service not so much!

It's ok, food was good but took awhile to get it and as with most every where else even taco bell has gotten expensive 😞
This is 100% kiosk, folks that aren’t use to this will have problems. Still able to pay cash, at the counter. We didn’t like required to get an associate to open the door to the bathroom. Small children have a tendency not knowing that it will take another step to get in bathroom to relieve themselves. This can cause accidents and embarrassment in any age.

We went inside and placed an order at the kiosk. Inside was dirty. There was trash on the floor and unmopped sticky spots on the floor.
Someone placed an order on the kiosk a couple minutes after us, but got their order before us. I saw at least 6 cars go through the drive through. I asked 2 employees that were leaning against the counter just talking if my order. Then they confused our order with someone else's. There was only 2 order before us but we waited for over 15 minutes. Finally when we did get our order our food was not warm. Don't go here if you can help it. Maybe it was just the night crew but it was poor service in a dirty restaurant.
