I am very upset about this location, the service was terrible, the food didn’t taste good.
My girl had gotten the chicken quesadilla
And she had told them not to put the sauce on it,They still did.

My Crunchwrap was burnt, also didn’t have any flavor at all.

Ordered food through DoorDash and the store took almost an hour to make the food and the driver had to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for it to be ready. Food itself is good but the service not so much!

This is 100% kiosk, folks that aren’t use to this will have problems. Still able to pay cash, at the counter. We didn’t like required to get an associate to open the door to the bathroom. Small children have a tendency not knowing that it will take another step to get in bathroom to relieve themselves. This can cause accidents and embarrassment in any age.

We went inside and placed an order at the kiosk. Inside was dirty. There was trash on the floor and unmopped sticky spots on the floor.

Someone placed an order on the kiosk a couple minutes after us, but got their order before us. I saw at least 6 cars go through the drive through. I asked 2 employees that were leaning against the counter just talking if my order.
Then they confused our order with someone else's. There was only 2 order before us but we waited for over 15 minutes.
Finally when we did get our order our food was not warm.
Don't go here if you can help it. Maybe it was just the night crew but it was poor service in a dirty restaurant.

Lancaster,SC. No one ever acknowledged we walked in. Waited about ten minutes and finally just left. Horrible.

Original order was a mistake both created by myself from ordering on The kiosk but when I took the order back and told the manager what the issue was, he politely and respectfully remade the food and ensure that it was proper. I was satisfied and it was appreciated. I gave the customer service five stars for this.

Got my food fast, my order was correct, staff wasn't rude, place was clean. That's all I ask for in a restaurant!!!!!!

I worded one taco and it took 20 minutes to get out to the point where I was late for work and paid for food I didn’t get and when I asked the next day she asked for a receipt, but of course they have a no receipt option so I clicked that but the lady really acted like she just didn’t want to work, please get new management.

This was a terrible experience, the lady lied and said that it would be 30 min on beef to get us to go away but magically had our order in 5 mins. She was rude and had bad customer service. RUDE.
