This food truck was at my kids school event. Picked out 5 different street tacos and they were all good. We had asada, al pastor, shrimp, chorizo and carnitas. My favorite was the asada and least was chorizo. They all came with salsa and the green was by far my favorite, it had a good kick to it. The flavors of all the meats were good, however the chorizo had a bit of a sweet taste that I did not like. I wish I could follow them around to try everything, but I'll take what I can get.

This food truck has been charging South Carolina customers North Carolina taxes when we order from their truck, even though they traveled to SC (Lancaster). Personally I'm not comfortable with paying another States taxes if I'm not in that particular state. This should definitely be looked into. I've never known for a food truck in South Carolina to charge taxes.

We drove by and saw this place while going to foodlion and decided to try it. The menu is amazing with something for everyone. I ordered the pollo tacos with cilantro and onions with red salsa and it comes with cucumbers and avocado salsa. Joe ordered the chipotle burrito with carne and it came with beans and rice. It only took around 5-7 mins for our food to be ready. The tacos were on fresh corn tortillas which I normally don't like. They were amazing especially with the hot red salsa and the avocado salsa too. The chicken was tender and juicy without needing to drench it in salsa. The burrito was also amazing with tender steak inside and the yummy sweet and spicy sauce on the outside. The rice was yummy with a little tomato sweetness and the beans were good as well. Over all I would pick this place over a restaurant to get real Mexican tacos.
My wife and I haven't had tacos this good since we were in Mexico. Totally authentic great flavors! Look for their food truck in the Food Lion parking lot in Lancaster, SC. We will surely be back for more!

Their food truck came to our Huntersville community and they did not disappoint! Authentic flavors and super friendly service. I could make it a Friday date night tradition as long as they come.
