We eat at Totto’s all the time. Great service and excellent food! Ginny has the best service and makes the most amazing guacamole…best we’ve ever had!!
Good food but very rude manager and owner as well! !!!!! Tried to order just a single cup of queso I ordered the same thing I usually ask for and I ordered today ( Monday)then they proceeded to tell me they don’t just sell just a cup of queso . I literally got a cup of queso Saturday for a Togo Order same as today , I ordered the exact meal I ordered on Saturday!!!!! Manager was very short with me and rude then she got the owner involved she didn’t even say sorry or anything just a blank stare so I politely asked if she spoke English or not because she wasn’t saying anything. I was embarrassed because I don’t want to make a big deal of small stuff like queso but that’s not fair to charge someone a big tub of queso when that’s not what I ordered or have always ordered. Will not be coming back!

This is my first time mentioning this publicly but feel it needs to be said. A few weeks ago I had dinner here. On the way out, I noticed the B food rating. Later that night was the beginning of an awful 3 days of severe food poisoning. I ended up losing 20lbs in those 3 days and it cost me a full 2 days of work. My family and I are usually regulars but now none of us will be back. It was truly that bad of an ordeal. I hope things improve past the normal mediocrity that makes up Lancaster restaurant scene
