This building sat empty for so many years and when the people of Toto’s opened, I wasn’t sure they could make a go of it - but WOW! The food is good, the service is good, and the prices are good! It has become so popular in downtown Lancaster and I am so glad they are here!!
Got the Birria tacos meat was flavorful however, fell short on the cousme. The rice is white rice with veggies not very Spanish flavor. Place is very tiny but well kept up the service however is the saving grace.

The food was fantastic. Service was good. They are still working on some of the staffing, it seems, so I only see improvements from here on. The atmosphere was comfortable for the time that we went. Decor was a little reserved, but it was not cramped or claustrophobic in the least while still feeling comfortable at a booth. All in all, please give this place a try. The food feels authentic, the prices are fair, the staff seem friendly enough without being in your way while enjoying...
