We just left WAFFLE HOUSE in Lancaster sc highway #9 . We ordered our food but CANCELED THE ORDER, TH he Lady who took our order was extra nice and friendly But the lady cook ( green hair color) was rude , actually like she really did not want to cook our meal,throwing things on the counter. Throwing up her hands in the air ..Acting as if she don't understand stand the order being called out to her. I refuse to spend my money in a place where I feel unwanted. Very disrespectful. Will not be back at this WAFFLE HOUSE

I have been to this location twice. I've ordered wheat toast both times and received white. The food both times was either undercooked (hashbrowns), or overcooked (waffles and eggs). I had to ask for my waffle several times, and when it finally came it was hard. I asked for it to be recooked and packed Togo since I finished my meal before it came. The lady making the waffles rolled her eyes in irritation, then undercooked the waffle. I'm not in the area often, but will likely not be back to this location. I will stick to the Pineville Waffle House, the cooking is on point!

To employees there upon taking an order please do not carry on conversations with other customers especially to the elderly when they are standing right in front of you have that much respect to take their order then carry on your irrelevant conversations otherwise you are right where you need to be sad to say but we will not be returning

I try not to eat here because they consistently struggle to take my order by multiple people trying to take my order at once as well as not giving me all of my food when I place; to-go orders. Just last night I almost came home without a steak because it wasn't in the bag, but the other day I got home and was missing my toast l. Then the other time I was missing condiments for breakfast items. Needless to say it's definitely a place you can grab a bite to eat when everything else is closed, BUT please have patience with the employees and check your bags for everything ordered as well as condiments. Oh and the food is decently prepared, so that's a plus :) !

I placed an online order for pickup today. Not only was the food hot and ready, the workers were also happy and greeted me with a smile upon arrival. I’m pregnant and have a toddler and Ms P took it upon herself to help me carry my food and drink to my car, without even being prompted. I have never received service like this before, and it was the kindest thing someone could do for a hot, tired, pregnant mama! It warmed my heart and reminded me of the good in the world. My family will be back soon and hope to see her again!

Got to be one of the worst experience I have had at any restaurant. The cook was the best food was spot on, but the waitress is about the laziest I have ever seen. I have been there at least 5 times in the past year and if this waitress is working I will go somewhere else.
