Table was nasty. Then server from 1st shift tried sweeping under my table while I was trying to order. Elizabeth did make a mistake with my sandwich but had it corrected immediately. She was very nice and polite. Older woman from 1st shift is rude and bossy. Talking about me as if I wasn't even sitting here. I wish I had caught her name. Gentleman on 2nd shift with dark hair and mustache, Zander, came in started cleaning, waiting tables. Those 2 are good employees. Food wasn't that great. Maybe it was but the first interaction ruined my lunch.

IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE CLOCK YOU SHOULDN'T BE BEHIND THE COUNTER MY HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER WENT ON 10-03-2025 the lady said I can't wait on you until I clock in so they waited but instead of waiting on them she waited on another table. Shame on yall was a good place to eat not no more. Poor service.

We just left WAFFLE HOUSE in Lancaster sc highway #9 . We ordered our food but CANCELED THE ORDER, TH he Lady who took our order was extra nice and friendly But the lady cook ( green hair color) was rude , actually like she really did not want to cook our meal,throwing things on the counter. Throwing up her hands in the air ..Acting as if she don't understand stand the order being called out to her. I refuse to spend my money in a place where I feel unwanted. Very disrespectful. Will not be back at this WAFFLE HOUSE

I have been to this location twice. I've ordered wheat toast both times and received white. The food both times was either undercooked (hashbrowns), or overcooked (waffles and eggs). I had to ask for my waffle several times, and when it finally came it was hard. I asked for it to be recooked and packed Togo since I finished my meal before it came. The lady making the waffles rolled her eyes in irritation, then undercooked the waffle. I'm not in the area often, but will likely not be back to this location. I will stick to the Pineville Waffle House, the cooking is on point!
