The worst Wendy’s ever. Employees doesn’t look cleaned to be working around food. No gloves hands filthy. Health department needs to shut down

Loretta at the drive thru window is extremely rude. Didn't greet me or anything but managed to drop my card in the drive thru before I even had my hand on it. So that was frustrating then I go to the window to get my breakfast burrito and it literally wasn't even wrapped. The tortilla shell wasn't even put together and the paper wrapping it was supposed to be tight in was open in the bottom of the bag with half the egg laying in the bag. DISGUSTING! I demanded my money back. I Will never be back. Good thing Burger King is back open!

This place needs to shutdown and get revamped. Start over. Start with a whole new staff and management. We asked for two chilies with cheese and neither one came with cheese. No sour cream packets either. My soda tastes like vanilla and I asked for regular coke. Read all previous reviews, you will see the pattern. If certain staff members that work on certain days or time the reviews are four stars or higher and if other certain staff members work the reviews are lower.
Oh, and on some occasion you might smell weed strongly.

It's 7:36 AM there is no reason the food shouldn't be hot and fresh!!! Cold fries and sandwich do better

Service is slow. Food is great. They can't keep coke products in drink machine
Have stopped here a few times for breakfast. They seem to always mess up my burrito order whenever I come here and I'm not sure as to why. The employees are nice at the window and do a great job of making a good atmosphere. Just wish they would give a little more attention to the food. All in all, not that bad of a place to stop in the Lancaster area.

Just got Uber Eats and paid all those fees and the receipt was right but not a bit of cheese on my burger and I paid extra for extra cheese . I didn’t want onion but onion was on there .. get it together!! WORST FAST FOOD PLACE IN LANCASTER !!

Placed an online order. This place is usually a little on the slower side so I waited extra time. Still had to wait for 20 minutes after getting there. I ordered 5 drinks only got 4. None of which were what I ordered because they were out of everything. Got one sauce to split between three people. Got home and the fries were raw and the burgers were pink. I’ve tried multiple times to contact someone about getting a refund and still no response. I guess corporate or franchise owners care just as much as the employees do
