It's 7:36 AM there is no reason the food shouldn't be hot and fresh!!! Cold fries and sandwich do better

Have stopped here a few times for breakfast. They seem to always mess up my burrito order whenever I come here and I'm not sure as to why. The employees are nice at the window and do a great job of making a good atmosphere. Just wish they would give a little more attention to the food. All in all, not that bad of a place to stop in the Lancaster area.

Just got Uber Eats and paid all those fees and the receipt was right but not a bit of cheese on my burger and I paid extra for extra cheese . I didn’t want onion but onion was on there .. get it together!! WORST FAST FOOD PLACE IN LANCASTER !!

Placed an online order. This place is usually a little on the slower side so I waited extra time. Still had to wait for 20 minutes after getting there. I ordered 5 drinks only got 4. None of which were what I ordered because they were out of everything. Got one sauce to split between three people. Got home and the fries were raw and the burgers were pink. I’ve tried multiple times to contact someone about getting a refund and still no response. I guess corporate or franchise owners care just as much as the employees do

The lowest quality of service and lowest standard of food it wasn’t hot the meat Dave’s single was crispy over cooked I guess and pre cooked not warrm at all then the order wasn’t correct and the attitude started with a response of well we didn’t here that and that would have been acceptable except it was repeated three times and verified never had any of these issues at other Wendy’s and this is not the first time in Lancaster I hope the owner cares enough to know the employees there are not there for the company or the customer they are there for there own benefit

I was given incorrect change through the drive thru. I sat there and waited, tried giving them my receipt and change to show them it was incorrect- as they tried wrapping their brains around what happened I can hear an employee inside mocking the fact that I was waiting for $1.55 in change. The disrespect is absolutely horrid- you don't know what my financial state is and you sure as hell don't mock someone when YOU gave them the incorrect change! To the manager trying to defend that employee- do better.

I gave the girl $20 and was supposed to get $12.76.
She gave me a $10 bill and $1.51 in change- making it $11.51 .
So she owed me another $1.55.
That's more than half a gallon of gas. Humble yourselves please.
