I usually go to this Bojangles about once a week, but the service has gone downhill for a while now—and this last visit was the tipping point. All the employees were standing around talking, with no Bo rounds ready. They said they’d bring them out, but after 20 minutes we had to go up and ask. Turns out they hadn’t even told the cook to make any. This kind of service has become the norm here, and I’m done giving them chances.

Absolutely horrible. Pull you and everyone in the drive thru to the side as to make there numbers and times look better no receipt when you pay 15 minutes to get the food you have already paid for is ridiculous especially when its not even busy. This location is lacking all together. When ask if the wait time is OK when being told to park in a parking spot and you ask is there another option they look at you laugh and say no spot 3 please your food will be out in a little bit

Great food and fresh and very friendly staff every shift.. we'll it all changed today 6-6-25. Service was slow... we asked for fresh bo rounds we got them.. didn't mind thenwait.. as they came out.. he comes a roach out of the food compartment up front where the food would be.. no telling if and how many times it has ran across the food... dude/girl up front said they have sprayed 4 times for them and still have them..... all places gave them in kitchen but not upbfront whetr people can see them ... everyone in l I need seen them today
