Went through drive thru and only ordered #10 Combo (4pc tenders, fries, and sweet tea). Had to pull over and wait on food for approximately 10-15 mins. Restaurant didn't look busy when I pulled in so not sure why such a long wait. Food was warm not as hot as you would expect after the wait. Tenders and fries both very crispy as if fried too long.
The food here is always fresh and delicious with little to no wait. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant clean. My only complaint is the AI taking orders at the drive through. This is so inpersonalable. And unwelcoming. Please bring back the personal service of an actual human taking orders at drive through and not some AI voice.

We stop at many Bojangles on our travels. This one in Landrum, SC is our favorite! The food is always good and hot. Staff is very friendly and they don’t act like they mind being there. Was totally impressed with the Christmas Decorations!🎄 They went all out!
Made the atmosphere very inviting. Restaurant is tidy and restrooms were clean! Will definitely continue coming here.
