Cardinal Coffee and Bistro

Every time I am in WNC I make a trip to Landrum to visit Cardinal Coffee! The atmosphere is fantastic and service is always great. The inside is so cozy feeling I love sitting down with my coffee and relaxing. The mural on the wall is beautiful and each drink is hand crafted with love. Always such friendly faces welcoming me and my family when I visit.

First time there today-such a nice place. The peppermint milkshake was fantastic! Will definitely visit again. Great staff too.

The people who were working were very condescending i was asking about a coffee sleeve and they acted like I was asking for it for free I wasn't looking my best so I guess they were just judging but it's ok they missed out on a good tip

The Apple Butter Latte alone is worth the trip to Cardinal Coffee. It beats the pants of a PSL and is made with real apple butter. The breakfast croissant was made freshly and very satisfying. There are adequate tables to get some work done or catch up with friends, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. A great spot to stop in Landrum.

I can't say enough about how great this place is! My family visits several times a week and the coffee is always amazing. We love the breakfast croissants and the ice cream, too. The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming. You won't find better service or coffee anywhere else!

Rather than being fussy when I'm unsure what I want and then huffing and puffing when I order something abnormal, they made all sorts of suggestions about strange things I might like and seemed perfectly happy making them. After only a few visits this is definitely my favorite coffee shop.

(Also in response to the childish review stating they got sick that then felt the need to hurl insults at the plants.... We were talking about how beautiful the plants were during our visits and joking about needing to relinquish our own house plants to them of guilt.)

We come in weekly for coffee, pastries or ice cream and we truly love Cardinal Coffee. The baristas are always very friendly and welcoming, the coffee is amazing (the shot in the dark on ice is my favorite), and we are always trying new desserts or sandwiches. The vibe is very relaxing yet welcoming and my kids love that their are games available to play while there. 10/10 our favorite coffee shop!

I continue to be impressed with Cardinal Coffee! My family and I love to go in and enjoy their great coffee and other treats they have. We are always welcomed with smiles and great conversation from the owner and their staff. If you haven’t stopped in, make sure you do. You won’t be disappointed.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Their coffee is the best I have ever had. It’s incredibly smooth and not bitter at all. And their bacon egg and cheese croissant is a must have! They have a super cozy, inviting, and clean space. They have board games and puzzles, and I can even spend some weekdays there to work! I could go on and on, but I HIGHLY recommend to anyone that passes through Landrum! You will not be disappointed!
