Ordered delivery at 653 my delivery did not get at my house till 830 and all I got was 2 pizza service was horrible

Love the place , my order shows up before I expect it to arrive. Delivery drivers are always pleasant they definitely deserve a raise. Only complaint is store needs more employees,. Ive heard several times they are understaffed. But what employees that are there do a extraordinary job .

Disgusting to watch the employees touch their phone and money and then make my food. I wouldn’t give it to my dog. Don’t waste your time here, go literally anywhere else.

We've used many other domino's over the years, and this is by far my favorite! I love that they have a kids step up area where kids can watch them make pizza. Also, in a year and a half, they've only messed up our order ONCE! Every other place messes it up once a month at least! The team is also super quick with our orders and always so nice when I come in. They are great and fast with delivering carside when I'm having a bad knee day. Love this Domino's! I hope they get rewarded for their great service bc they deserve it! Thanks yall!

Ordered 2 pizzas with extra cheese and light sauce. The whole pizza was light on everything. Actually had spots where there were no toppings at all and very little cheese. So disappointing when you love pizza. Won't be back. Boiling Springs is much better.

The one star is solely because the pizza is usually half way decent. However, I will NEVER eat here again unless there is a major overhaul of staff. I’m sure this review will mean little but at least, to all locals, TAKE WARNING! The experience I just had was appalling. First, I will start by saying I eat here often, I work late and it’s an easy thing to order ahead and swing by for car side pickup. Tonight however, I arrive and I am the only customer in the parking lot, no one in store either. I immediately “checked in” on the website and replied to the text messages. I also put on my hazard lights, as instructed. I then watch as 4-5 people, at least, are standing around taking their time and chatting. This goes on for somewhere between 10-15 minutes so I think, huh, maybe they’re busy and haven’t seen me or the notifications I’m here. (And yes, I got the notices that my order was in fact ready as I arrived AFTER the latest expected pick up time). So… I flash my lights. 2 girls look up, make eye contact, roll their eyes and shake their heads, and proceed to talk to each other. I then get out of my car and come inside. They look at me but do not speak. So I ask if there is a manger working and they both reply “yeah.” So… I have to ask “okay who are they, I would like to speak to them.” They reply “we are all managers, everyone working.” Which frankly is funny, you have a store full of managers and you all feel this behavior is appropriate, interesting. I just respond with “great, I have been sitting outside waiting..” Can’t finish my sentence because “Sarah” interrupted me, full of attitude, to say I didn’t “check in because they don’t have my order. I continue on to say yes, I checked in, in 2 formats AND was sitting there with my flashers. The girl who is not Sarah proceeded to go look at the system to see if my order was there while everyone else gathered at the back to whisper. Sarah proceeds to say “we don’t have your order,” when she is not even the one looking. I am so frustrated at this point I say “whatever, I want a refund, I’m done eating here.” They all laugh and Sarah says I need to cancel my order. Well that’s not possible once it’s made. So she replies by saying I need to go around to the counter… uh the whole place is a counter and it was a PayPal order, I don’t actually NEED to go anywhere, but okay. I say “ this is really ridiculous, I eat here often and have never dealt with something like this, given I’m the only customer actually here and it’s way past when my order says it was made…” AND again she interrupted me to this time YELL AND CLAP HER HANDS, WAVE HER ARMS. As she says “we are all busy working.” And then followed with same tone, volume, and hand gestures “we don’t have your order, sometimes the system just has issues imagine that.” Meanwhile the other girl who was checking on my order has processed the cancel order and hands me a receipt slip. Now I’m not a genius but given I never shared my name or my order number… how did she process a cancel order if they didn’t have it to begin with??? So not only were they lying because they were in fact too busy talking to check the system, or just didn’t feel like walking it out, who knows. But SARAH thought it appropriate to act like we were about to “throw down” by clapping and waiving her arms at me, yelling, shaking her head and rolling her eyes. If these are your “managers” then what a sorry excuse for a business. If the entire team is so overwhelmed by a Friday night that was so slow 3 delivery drivers were standing around and no other customers were on site, that they couldn’t help but act so unprofessional, well they might want to rethink the career choice. Seriously, enough new and delicious pizza places in the area that I don’t need to eat here ever again.

Believe me if I could leave zero stars I would. They canceled my order when they didn't close for another 40 minutes, they called to say I ordered to late she said they stop taking orders at 11:30pm so I said I ordered before that and she said it takes 20 minutes to finish the order which makes no since on why they canceled it, and after I said that made no since she hung up on me, but whatever, if you do order from here be prepared for them to cancel it!!!(this is the forth time this has happened, last time we order an hour early)

Placed the order on line for pickup. Extra large pepperoni new York crust and parmesan bread bites. The order was ready in a timely manner but the food left a little to be desired. The pizza was OK not there best but the bread bites that I can't go to domino's without getting was the worst that I ever got from them.

Food is no good staff is un friendly if you order online when they arrive they make you tip. The one delivery guy almost him my car flying down my driveway. The Food is not worth the price or the wait for the food. Never ordering again
I'm glad we have a new pizza place in landrum at the ball field it's called Mama's treats. The staff their is so much nicer and prices are so much better. They will not let you down like Domino's.

I order last night.bothe pizzas and bread were very toasty and even had the burned taste. That is not acceptable for a 60 dollar order. I really like dominoes food but this was not good at all .

-0 stars if possible. I always try to give local businesses a chance. I have never left a negative review. We have ordered here 2 times, and both times have been terrible. Asked for extra sauce and both times there was no sauce on the pizza and it was covered with giant air bubbles. Completely dry, hardly any cheese or toppings and completely overcooked. Actually threw our dinner away for the first time ever in 50 years. So disappointed. No other options for pizza delivery here- but will now choose frozen pizza over this terrible excuse of a pizza place. So sad

Ordered my pizza on the app - was told via the app that the pizza was ready (30 minutes later). Waited in line for 15 minutes to get the pizza only to find out that the order hasn’t even been started. Was told it would be another 30 minutes. No thanks.

I should’ve gotten the hint then 3 people in front of me were asking for refunds.

Horrible management. And this wasn’t my first time encountering something like this at this store. Won’t make that mistake again ✌️
