My husband and I drive four hours, round trip, to eat at Stax! Our favorite day is lunch on Thursdays, because my husband loves pork chops! He usually only eats one, because we love the mixed dried beans, baby carrots, the best cream corn and the tiny fluffy biscuits! The tea is made just like we make ours, dark and not too sweet!
