This is by far the best KFC I have ever been to in my entire life five stars ,five stars all day!! The employees are extremely nice And Are amazing at customer service! The food comes out fast and extremely hot.! I will always come back to this location!!

Arrived on 08/30 @ approx. 8pm to get take-out since we are in middle of remodeling our kitchen. After standing at the counter for a good 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I was informed that they could not fulfill my order for the 8pc family meal because they did not have enough chicken, they only had wings & legs available. Very disappointing, how long does its take to cook some fresh fried chicken?
Anyway, not sure why Landrum needs three chicken restaurants in a row....Bojangles and soon to be Zaxbys all together along within 100 yards of the same street is nuts. Landrum city council should consider what it will look like when these fast food restaurants start failing and leave an empty structures along the main street of Landrum.

Hands down the fastest drive thru I’ve been through. When I tell you from ordering to the window it was only 60 seconds I mean it. Also the food was piping hot. Best KFC I’ve ever been to 100% in my life.

This place should have never ever opened worst service ever complete joke. KFC Corp. You might wanna step in on this place. $75 for a bucket of chicken and four sides biscuits and a box of tenders. All four sides were completely wrong and food was scattered everywhere in the bag. Drive thru service was very rude and also the individuals in the background were rude.

when i got to the KFC in SC we got our food good so far..then when we got home i realized half my order was missing! Then i drive 30 minutes back to kfc and talk to the manager (Wayne and drew) he gave me attitude and NO apology for the mistakes they made. this was not the best experience for me and my family at KFC. Im not wasting my time and money for just okay.😕

The service was terrible. We got home and realized they left out half our sides. We called the restaurant and spoke to a manager named Wayne. Wayne gave us some serious attitude and said we would have to come back to the store in person to get our food or even the refund. He was NOT APOLOGETIC about messing up our order and was just very unkind and rude. When we got back to the restaurant for our refund we spoke to a different manager, Drew (Wayne must’ve fled the scene) and he was not any more helpful. Not even an apology for messing up our order! We were left with NO SATISFACTION and will not be returning to this location. This was too much work and frustration over mediocre food and chicken.

This location shorted us 4 sides that we ordered via the KFC app and picked up in person. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it till we got home. We didn’t want to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant to pick these items up, so we called and spoke with the “manager.” He was super condescending on the phone, rude, and basically mocked us. He said there was no way to credit our card, and we’d have to drive back over there to get a refund after he “hit a few buttons on the computer and handed us cash pretty much like a refund works anywhere else in the world.” We would suggest never patronizing this location. I wouldn’t guess that a manager this rude and condescending sets a poor example for the people working there and has low standards for quality and cleanliness. The food we bought was also disgusting. Never going back

Every single time I go thru the drive thru they make me pull up and into a parking space to wait on the food. I also have seen them do this to many others. It’s not ok! I could understand if this happened every now and then but especially when you are not busy (very little cars and customers inside) it shouldn’t be happening each and every time I go. I have been on different days and different times so that is not a factor either. When I go inside to eat the wait is too long as well. They seem to have enough staff but clearly not good productivity.

They refused to make my DoorDash order after I paid. The poor door dasher called me in tears because the guy at the counter said they “didn’t have no mo food” and it was almost closing time. (I ordered the food at 8:45). After arguing with her about making the food for several minutes, he then told her they were closed. Awful attitude, awful service, and if you close at 10, close at 10. If you stop making food at 9, close at 9. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy.

Food was hot waited 25 to 35 minutes. Colored male comes walking out of bathroom phone in hand with no purpose. This is what’s wrong with this generation. They want a phone but don’t wanna work for it. Laziness at its finest. Your other employees were doing what they could and the girl even gave us cups to get a drink for the wait. She deserves a gold star but this other kid needs to shape up and learn quick because all customers see is how you carry yourself.
