My family stopped at the KFC in Landrum SC while traveling at Exit 1. The Service was EXCELLENT. The whole place was spotless and so clean. The bathrooms were very clean and fully stocked. It was around dinner 5:30. The staff was very friendly and a staff member named Tyler even brought our food to our table. They wore gloves which was very impressive handling the food. The employee named Tyler was extra nice and so kind. I thought he was the manager and went to give him a compliment. He was very clean, very handsome, clean cut and dressed very professional. He should be a manager, if not here, One day some where somebody will be lucky to have him. This was a very pleasant experience and when traveling through we will definitely go back. Thank you for a pleasant dinning experience.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options available.
Parking: We were pulling a motor home and had plenty of space to park .
Kid-friendliness: All the staff was friendly, kind, and the dinning room was very clean, everything was fully stocked. The food was delicious.

I don't eat fast food much but I decided to go to this KFC as it was newish to the area. I started my order and then asked what came with the meal. I heard the most disdainful sigh from the speaker...like I was the biggest inconvenience in the world. I am supposed to be why you have a job lady! Yeah well not only complaining on Google review but at corporate office as well because store manager doesn't seem to care, looking at the past reviews.

Visited on 7/21/24 @ 6:PM. Order three piece dark meat cost almost $10.00. Was given three legs no sides. Also, I paid cash and was not given a receipt. I should have gone to Bojangles up the road. Basically same price and Bojangles gives you 2 thighs, 1 leg, and 2 sides. And a receipt.
$29.00 for just chicken no sides is just ridiculous! More when the chicken you get is DRY & not worth $1... KFC In Columbus puts this one to shame,,, after sitting for hours it shouldn't be sold!!!!
