After I ordered and paid I was told there was no breast and none was cooking. I didn't want dark meat so they offered a refund. I had used google pay originally and was going to my car to get the physical card but they told me they didn't need it. Long story short my refund went to a card that had expired and no longer used. I got that virtual card one Christmas from work with $20 preloaded and I had already spent. I'm out of money now because I don't have the physical card with all the numbers ( account # )so calling won't do any good. I dont know what happened . I thought they had to send money back to original card. Something was done wrong so here I am out of money and in today's time I need all my money or at least the food I wanted.

Just a thought...Zaxbys will make 3 chicken fast food restaurants in Landrum! If you want to compete, you may want to step up your game. Drive thru meals never taste fresh. Like it's been sitting under a lamp and more time than not, our order has been wrong. Tonight my husband order a 2 breast meal...he got 2 tiny thighs. Do better!!

I always used to love KFC until I came to this location. I ordered an 8 piece chicken nugget meal and for the price I thought they would be a decent size BUT NOOOO. The were the smallest nuggets I've ever had. McDonald's chicken nuggets are twice rhe size of what I got at KFC and for half the price. My fiancé even got the chicken tender meal and the chicken tenders were soooo tiny. DEFINITELY not worth the money for the quality. Such a disappointment and a disgrace. Won't be going there anymore.

This is by far the best KFC I have ever been to in my entire life five stars ,five stars all day!! The employees are extremely nice And Are amazing at customer service! The food comes out fast and extremely hot.! I will always come back to this location!!

Arrived on 08/30 @ approx. 8pm to get take-out since we are in middle of remodeling our kitchen. After standing at the counter for a good 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I was informed that they could not fulfill my order for the 8pc family meal because they did not have enough chicken, they only had wings & legs available. Very disappointing, how long does its take to cook some fresh fried chicken?
Anyway, not sure why Landrum needs three chicken restaurants in a row....Bojangles and soon to be Zaxbys all together along within 100 yards of the same street is nuts. Landrum city council should consider what it will look like when these fast food restaurants start failing and leave an empty structures along the main street of Landrum.

Hands down the fastest drive thru I’ve been through. When I tell you from ordering to the window it was only 60 seconds I mean it. Also the food was piping hot. Best KFC I’ve ever been to 100% in my life.

This place should have never ever opened worst service ever complete joke. KFC Corp. You might wanna step in on this place. $75 for a bucket of chicken and four sides biscuits and a box of tenders. All four sides were completely wrong and food was scattered everywhere in the bag. Drive thru service was very rude and also the individuals in the background were rude.

when i got to the KFC in SC we got our food good so far..then when we got home i realized half my order was missing! Then i drive 30 minutes back to kfc and talk to the manager (Wayne and drew) he gave me attitude and NO apology for the mistakes they made. this was not the best experience for me and my family at KFC. Im not wasting my time and money for just okay.😕
