took my granddaughter . ordered the spicy chicken bowl, the sauce just sprinkled on top. didn't taste good. the biscuit we ordered weren't even cook completely. so, we just left. food no longer tasty.

Been to this location in Poinciana, FL twice. Both times I was missing a vital part of my meal. And no apologies were given or anything. The workers act like youโve interrupted them when you go in. Itโs a terrible feeling.

They steal your money. I ordered online and cancelled the order. I called the 800 number and they tell you to put a claim in to get your refund. Well letโs just say Iโm still waiting from the summer time and itโs now September. And their food really fell off thatโs why they trying to give away a box of free chicken.

Twice we went to the KFC in rapids sat in drive through for 10 minutes just to be told when we got to the windows they had no chicken left! Seriously people 5:00 supper hour & you are out of chicken? Won't go back! I'll be getting my chicken from Kwik trip from now on!

kfc kannapolis, I wish they would read the order, if I order the mash potatoes no gravy, then I get potatoes with gravy, eating chicken without sauce, because they didn't put any in the bag. this is not the first time this has happened...
