Twice we went to the KFC in rapids sat in drive through for 10 minutes just to be told when we got to the windows they had no chicken left! Seriously people 5:00 supper hour & you are out of chicken? Won't go back! I'll be getting my chicken from Kwik trip from now on!

I went to olean ny kfc and they not only made me wait for 42 minutes for 6 tacos and an 8 piece chicken before I asked for it . They were rude and not at all professional. I would be embarrassed to say they were my employees. I took the matter to corporate. I have worked in the food industry for 30 years and I would never of treated customers like they did tonight . Shame shame on you . One less place to give my money .
Food was wrong famous bowl had no corn on it tea horrible and they didn’t mention not having corn they stated they had no hot sauce this crazy customer service

The staff wasn't friendly or atleast the guy at the drive thur. The chicken liver's were burned to a crisp. You couldn't eat them. The chicken breast was so small.
