Their honey & vanilla latte is the best latte I’ve had in recent memory, and it was reasonably priced. The coffeeshop has a great atmosphere, good seating options, and a kind staff.

Very enjoyable experience! This is our first time visiting here (we heard about it from the owner when we bought a desk from him), and we love it! We drove all the way from Arden, NC, just to try it out. The decor and atmosphere are just perfect, as is everything on the menu. Highly recommended!!

Went here for the first time yesterday and I wish I lived closer. This place is amazing. Great atmosphere. I love the upstairs where you can look down on everything below. I had the the iced Maple latte which was delicious I also had The cheddar bacon scone which was amazing. If you're in the area or if you've never been, I highly recommend going

I come with a group of 10 to 12 ladies from Fitness Edge,first Monday or whichever it falls on. We gather together to meet,talk,to meet with new members of Fitness Edge. The owner and staff makes us feel comfortable,welcoming to there shop. People’s of all over come.Have a fireplace nice and cozy. My favorite is Friendship Smoothie,Blueberry Muffin with my Smoothie. Nov 2023 - Marsha, Rip, Marjie, Liv, Wendy, and I stopped in this afternoon for a Football break and scones. 3 hot coffees - 3 iced coffees. We sat in the sofa and easy chairs by the ”fireplace”. Mom told Liv (and us) about her bone marrow donation 20 years ago. We drove over but I’d like to walk here some time. It’s only a mile and there are large sidewalks on both sides of Hwy 9. Great addition to the area. Nov 2025 - Wendy, Marjie, Rip, Josh, and Lance - keeping our tradition going as we gathered under sad circumstances. But we feel better remember our trips here with Marsha.

i went into mocha’s mug for the first time and i am OBSESSED!! i tried the chai latte and added a pump of pumpkin, and it tasted 10x better than the Starbucks equivalent. i’m so impressed with the politeness of the staff, the efficiency, and the cute & cozy atmosphere! 10000/10 recommend!!!

Love, love love this place! The service is always done with a smile! The scones are my favorite but everything is delicious. Mocha's Mug is cozy with plenty of room. There is an upstairs if you need to work or want a little more privacy. I highly recommend Mocha's Mug!
