Soulisa's Fine Thai Dining

We have dined here many times but were extremely disappointed after our most recent experience. We are a family of five that comes to any establishment with grace and hospitality. To be in a location that completely closes over 30 minutes prior to the posted closing time is extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Upon calling the location after we left feeling like a problem, the concerns were ignored and covered up by the manager with, “darling, get home safely”. I have never left a restaurant feeling so unwelcome that vacuuming and gaslighting was more important than finishing our family meal on a Saturday night.

would have written this positive review anyways but after seeing all those folks from the same party drag your business solidified it.

Very disappointed in the management and the service of this restaurant.
We had a party of 8 for a reservation at 7:30pm knowing that the kitchen should have closed at 9:00pm. On arrival we were almost harassed on getting our order in. The food was rushed. We were then told just after 8pm that the kitchen is closed. Before we could finish our meal the staff started putting chairs on tables and vacuuming whilst we were trying to finish our meal.
Before leaving we tried to talk to the manager/owner and to be honest he bluntly showed that he could care less.
The food was ok but the service and management very poor.
Would not recommend, and I wouldn’t go back.

We made a reservation for diner at this restaurant, on the evening before Thanksgiving at 7:30 PM for a party of 8.
Upon arrival, the waitress informed us that the kitchen would be closing earlier than usual. We quickly placed our orders, and to their credit, the dishes were tasty, generous, and of good quality.

However, by 8 PM, the staff began clearing tables and chairs, turning off the music, and even vacuuming while we were still eating. I understand it was the night before a holiday, but this behavior felt highly disrespectful and unprofessional.

When leaving, we explained to the manager that this information should have been shared when we made our reservation. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our visit.

Great food, no doubt. Also, crowded, noisy, impersonal, with friendly enough staff. Honestly a mixed bag with the service. I felt like I was eating fine cuisine in a cafeteria with staff who was in a hurry to turn the table.

I have eaten here over 20 times. Always very flavorful and many vegan options!

We always go for lunch and it’s amazing every time. The service is quick, the food is always fresh & amazing.
I’ve tried their a little bit of everything over the visits Bento Box, Rice Bowls, and Garlic chicken Pad Thai, egg rolls, edamame, sushi. All were very good and always fresh.
I must say the rice bowls are my favorite because it’s a “build your own” type.

Wow! Some of the best food we have ever had! The sushi was 100/100! Fresh and full of color and flavor, the pad Thai and Thai fried rice were amazing! Such a clean restaurant and staff is working so hard and so nice! Loved our waiter! I can’t wait to come back!!! BEYOND IMPRESSED!

My wife a retired University Professor and I a retired Airline Captain have travelled around Planet Earth and have eaten in many Thai restaurants, including in Bangkok, Thailand. We elected to take our daughter, her husband, two children and her in-laws for a group of 8 together with our service dog for dinner on Tuesday, 3rd of September 2024 to Soulisa's. We can unequivocally state the chef at Soulisa's has to be of Thai or Asian origin. The food and service at Soulisa's is one of the best we have ever experienced. From the appetizers, rolls, Thai Curry Combo's, satay, Thai curry salmon, Thai curry roast duck or chicken, Japanese Hibachi or chicken stew were all very well prepared with delicious flavors, fresh herbs and condiments with artful spices.
