Food is good and well prepared. Server was nice. A bit over priced for lunch. The bathroom could've been cleaner. We may give it another try. Definitely above average.

Great service; great food! We had the special flatbread, fried green tomatoes, Marg pizza, smoked Turkey sandwich and a slice of Atlantic pie (so good and worth every calorie! Very dog friendly patio!

I am a fairly well traveled person. I have been in the restaurant business since I was 16. I love good food. I'm also quite fat, lol. Let me tell you this: never trust a thin waiter. I was a sommelier and a server for 3 decades. I've worked in Chapel Hill, Atlanta, and Orlando. I spent 2 decades working in casual to fine dining Italian restaurants. This is my pedigree. The pizzas at the Stone Soup is better than anywhere I've enjoyed pie. Better than Rocky's in Atlanta, Armando's in Winter Park, the best. The brie, spinach, and artichoke pizza is so good, I had to force myself not to eat it all. I cannot wait to try more of this amazing food.
The Dog Park Rocks and my little guy loves it there. He's all of 12lbs and the big dogs love him

We three sisters had the French hamburger ... oh my, sooo good. But the salad did not take a back seat! So fresh and the cucumbers so crunchy. The tea held up to the ice and did NOT taste like flavored water. Stacey, our server, was awesome. The fresh baklava cheesecake she recommended was so delicious my sister got crazy animated with its flavor. We decided we three sisters ought to get together there twice a month ( from Inman, Greer and Asheville).

Food was decent, server was pleasant however I recommend that you don’t sit outside because you may certainly be forgotten. Server did not come out once to check on things and at the end of our meal, we waited at least 13 minutes to receive a small item that we were charged for but didn’t receive at the meal.
If I was able to rate this restaurant with a lower star rating I would. Absolutely terrible everything. The service is so bad and the owner is extremely rude in every way. It felt like as if me and my party were invisible to our waiters and I sat without water for around 20 minutes even after trying to ask for more. The only part of my Stone Soup experience I actually enjoyed was the food. I ordered a California Pizza and it was so delicious. I wish I could award the person who made it with millions of dollars because of how good it was. Before leaving this review I read over quite a few of other reviews and noticed the owner has left very rude comments on others posts and if that’s how they run the business of theirs then they just lost a customer. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had the best experience today. The ribeye sandwich was to die for, but the service we received from brandy was even better! The restaurant is lucky to have her as an employee.

Being a former New Yorker, da wifey knew I'd be critical of the pizza. Hands down this is the best pizza around. Nice sice, great crust, fresh ingredients. And the quaintness makes it more so. And a DOG PARK! we will be coming back

I have to give a one star. I called twice to do a take out order for my husband and myself. I was told the first time to hold and she would get right back to me and that didn't happen. That's okay, I figured she was busy. I called back about 15 minutes later and was able to place my order and she told me she would call me in 20 minutes when it was ready to be picked up. I waited an hour in the parking lot as I had just had dental surgery and didn't want to be in the restaurant and it hurt to talk. She never called back when it was ready as promised, I called and no answer and that's okay. We had a wonderful dinner that night from Waffle House instead that correctly did our to go order. The place looks lovely from the outside. Maybe one day in a few months we can try again but as for now that isn't an option.
