The Hostess needs a lesson on customer service and proper seating arrangement. We arrived with 3 toddlers (one child in a arm cast) and 4 adults. Made a reservation in advance but still waited 45 minutes to be seated at a High Top next to the bar. Not only was this dangerous for the children but legally irresponsible. When we brought it to the hostesses attention she became rude and unprofessional. Unless the establishment wants a lawsuit on their hands they need to train the hostess what is proper seating for children. Our waitress was great but the wait time and unprofessionalism of the hostess ruined our lunch.

K took me here for lunch for our mom/daughter day. It was a cute restaurant and I had not been in 10 years plus. Yall know i said i drink usally 2 to 3 cups of tea or whatever I am having. The guy was younger very nice but would not refill my drink. Stopped by several times asked a question then he was off again. The food was delicious would definitely eat there again. I just wanted some more tea k gave me here tea to drink since he never refilled mine.
Food is GREAT! Service was ok, felt as though we were interrupting the server but she was nice enough... (Server at table next to us did seem to enjoy her job)... BUT, !! The busser & other wait staff, in particular one male server, have NO manners at all. The young female busser nearly ran me down, and the same w/a male server as I watched him nearly roll over a very elderly woman- 90ish I am sure, while she was slowly going to her table. At least he, begrudgingly, stood back where the little blonde busser (empty handed, btw) would NOT allow me to pass (I am near 70). Shows no respect for your customers. & God forbid if these two slapped a smile on their faces ot said 'excuse me'... They look just miserable and made for an uncomfortable setting. So, good food, comfortable & interesting decor, but uncomfortable atmosphere due to unfriendly, 'bothered' staff. *the music outside... Alice Cooper for ages of your clientele is maybe not so appropriate. Even I didn't enjoy that (& I had bought that album decades ago). His 'jams' became a little annoying. *And, the bathroom wait was ... uncomfortable, to say the least. We were not given info of there being a 2nd restroom so -- plan ahead and be prepared. Will return. Not because of the staff but because of the food.

This place is amazing. My girl suggested it and we went there, and I can't even express how amazing their food was! Service, atmosphere, food, the vibes were all a 10 in my opinion. Hostess friendly and personable when I called for reservations and when seating us. She also moved us away from a large birthday celebration group. Waitress was wonderful and made sure we knew the status of our order from appetizer to dessert. She also accommodated our need to make another appointment.
