Stopped by just before closing & had a delicious piece of gf Lemon cake. My husband had the gf fudge brownie, also wonderful. We were very impressed with the owner Bailey. We own a couple of independent similar cafes so we can appreciate the amount of effort she puts in to her cafe. I don’t know how she does it but the made from scratch goodies & cappuccinos were top notch. We plan on going back as much as possible!

I live in Charlotte and was visiting my mom and brother for Thanksgiving. They said we had to go to Third Space Friday morning. I was game. I'm sooooo glad we went. From the moment you walk in it's a warm inviting atmosphere with the most friendly staff ( owner ) her story is amazing also! If you're traveling near the SC/NC border on 26 or in the area, this is a must stop! Phenomenal place and the coffe and baked goods are incredible.

I finally made my way to Third Space and so very glad I did! The coffee, the baked goods, the service, the atmosphere - all top notch! From the moment you approach to the moment you leave, warmth and sincerity will walk your every step. It's clean, inviting, warm, and very well lit with natural light. There is ample seating within and even more seating available outside. A ☕ is only as good as its espresso pull and the barista crafting it. They've nailed it. The baked goods are beautiful, very nicely displayed, and plentiful. The focaccia is perfect (great crumb, flavor, & just right on the olive oil saturation). Whether you are a Landrum local or a traveler along I-26, this could/should be your go-to coffee shop! Stop by - you won't regret it.

Owners are super sweet and nice, definitely my new go to spot. They always make the best cold brews even when I ask for a surprise drink and the focaccia bread is amazing. Lowkey cheap too which is awesome!

Great spot to grab a coffee & snack and get some work done. The syrups are house-made and the drinks are perfectly crafted. The baked goods were moist and tasty, and the granola was a perfect breakfast. I had the seasonal blueberry basil latte with my granola and knocked out several productive hours of work. It was a bit noisier than some coffee shops, as it was bustling with kids and other chatty groups, so it may not be ideal for remote meetings, but with noise cancelling headphones I was able to easily focus and work. Staff is friendly and owner is on-site and attentive to the details of her business. Easy access and parking as well. This spot will be a regular work spot for me now!

Anyone within 20 miles should be haunting this place. For the rest of us it's worth the trip. Great coffee. Fresh baked goods. And a 21 year old proprietress who works hard and understands how to make a comfortable, welcoming community space. I loved it.
