I have been there before and service is okay. On Veterans day 11/11/25 I was told that they don't honor Veterans. I just wanted a cold tea brew but knowing about that I left empty handed.

This is one of the best Starbucks locations I have ever visited! It is always super clean, very comfortable and has super attentive and fast service. The drinks and food are always prepared perfectly - would highly recommend visiting.

This was the worst experience. 3 people working apparently 2 on break and took almost 15 minutes to get 3 drinks ! One seems to be on personal call . If I could give 0 starts I would !

Number 1 best Starbucks in a 50 mile radius, most all the baristas are super friendly and nice, the food is always good and fresh, and if they make a mistake to your drink they are completely understanding and will fix it within reason of course!💚

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this location was frustrating enough to warrant one. I ordered the exact same coffee drink I always get—something I’m very familiar with, especially as a former Starbucks employee. Despite that, the barista at the window insisted I had ordered it wrong and spoke to me in a very condescending and dismissive manner.
Instead of clarifying or kindly explaining if there was confusion, she came to the window visibly irritated and acted like I was the problem. Her tone was rude and unprofessional, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. To make things worse, I asked for a straw and some napkins, and she ignored the request completely, didn’t even acknowledge it.
Starbucks is known for consistent customer service, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard. I don’t expect special treatment, just basic courtesy and professionalism, which were completely lacking during my visit.
