This is a terribly run Bojangles. Half the time I’ve been there they’ve either overcooked the food or completely forgotten items in the bag. Latest example: I just ordered a family chicken meal, and they completely forgot to include the biscuits and the mashed potatoes. Bojangles stores in nearby towns aren’t anywhere near this bad. The owner of this store should lose their franchise license.

Always a positive and friendly attitude when I visit this location. The establishment is always clean as well.

Arrived in the drive through line 45 min prior to closing. Sat waiting for 15 minutes. Told they shut there grill off and was no longer going to cook any food 20 min prior to closing at 10pm.

I do not come to this place often due to terrible service. The manager james was rude while taking my order. I asked for the 12 piece family meal and was told it come with the fixins! I ordered mashed potato’s, mac and cheese and fries. I also ordered a side of mashed potato’s and gravy. However when i got to the window the manager was once again rude and had an attitude when i gave him my card. Then I had double checked my food and realized neither of my mashed potato’s were in the bag. When i asked the girl if she had my side she replied “no”. Every time i come to this location the service is terrible. whether i come in morning or at night the people always seem to have a nasty attitude. Unsure if i will be coming back.

For the restaurant to be extremely business they were pretty quick with our large order. All items were hot and fresh.

The Liberty SC Bojangles was very unorganized. The workers didn't know what they were suppose to be doing. I waited for over 5 minutes to place my order(with no one ahead of me in line). Never received forks in our take out order bag. Not sure I will return...

I love Bojangles. But I actually walked out of this store today. While I was standing in line waiting for quite a while to order, the shift change people were discussing vomiting. WTF, seriously people are making food selections!

9 out of 10 when I get food from here, its either cold or overcooked, especially the seasoned fries or chicken. And for what they charge they should get it right the first time. I'd have to be pretty hungry or starving to death to eat here anymore.

We arrived at 11:45 am, with two vehicles in front of us and 3 behind us- who were ALL quickly in and out of the drive thru. We ordered an 8piece family box and were told it would be a 10 minute wait which we were fine with. We pulled up and waited 15 minutes before I walked inside and continued to wait another 10-15 minutes in front of my completely empty Bo Box. The employees didn’t seem to notice me and were talking amongst themselves in the back, before finally asking each other what sides my order had, when I spoke up and reminded them “I had all fries” they THEN began cooking the fries for my order… why didn’t they have fries and chicken already dropped at LUNCH time, when business is picking up..? We didn’t leave the premises until 12:20. This location needs fly strips hanging somewhere near the doors also, I seen probably 10 all flying around the uncovered food in the front.

These guys were working like crazy! There were literally three workers working a late breakfast shift. Lines were insane but these guys worked SO hard and our large order was correct! They need a raise or you guys need to hire help.

Absolutely discouraging! QA violations everywhere! Corporate would be real proud of this store. 8:40 doors locked. Pulled into a parking spot, only customer in the parking lot waiting on food. I do not kno how the health department hasn’t shut this place down. The view looking into drive thru, eeeewwwww!!! That pan needs to be tossed and that place needs a scrubbing. Drinks above the make line, SERIOUSLY? And what happened to customer service? The street lights come on and all the good employees go home? Wow, after about 6 mins a car finally came through drive thru and got their food right away. Corporate yall need to do some surprise visits and ask managers serious questions regarding their position bcz half of them don’t seem to kno their job. We had to drive back threw drive thru now 8:50pm to get our order…
