I ordered my food at the register at 11:35, four biscuits, one Supreme and a breakfast bowl. It took them 30 MINUTES to put the order together and another 10 minutes just to move the order to the counter.That being said there were only two or three cars in the drive thru so that was not the issue. It's very clear that the employees who work here have absolutely NO sense of urgency, except for the one older lady who ran the register. That was the worst service I have ever had at any of the bojangles locations I have ever been too. I wish I had looked at the reviews before wasting my time here. I hope the owner of this establishment takes a long hard look at who they employ if said owner wants to keep getting business.

I never leave reviews positive or negative but I have gone to this bojangles many times and it’s never a good experience. I placed an order in the drive thru and paid and was told to park for just a minute. 22 minutes later I went inside to ask what the hold up was. I will say there was 3 employees who were apologetic and seemed to care, one rolled her eyes. But I stood there inside waiting 5-7 minutes before I got my food. It was just not a good experience and then I got home and I ordered the chicken and rice bowl and there is some sausage like meat in it. I will not be returning.

What a sad day to be a bojangles lover. That whole restaurant was just the filthy and gross, the employees was rude and disrespectful or just straight up doing anything and everything except for working, my biscuits was close to being burnt plus in the wrong box, they forgot the mashed potatoes so we had to go back in to get them after they angrily swore they put everything in the bag, we got ripped off on chicken, AND there was a nice beautiful crispy loose hair with crumbs on it sticking in/on my chicken. A black hair or dark hair to be exact. Such a shame one of the few busiest places in liberty is complete garbage now. These workers just don’t care no more. Stop hiring all these kids & lazy adults!!!

I was there today and waited in the inside line for almost 30 minutes to place my order. The lady in the front was working hard and very professional. I walked over and got my drink... That is when I realized why the wait was so long. 4 employess at 12:30 (prime luch time) standing around talking. I proceeded to wait for another approximately 20 minutes when I heard it was going to be another 5 minutes before my sandwich was cooked... not prpared and ready, just cooked. After hearing this, I told the hardworking woman upfront to just give my food to someone else because I had to leave. 1 Star for food, because I was not able to get it. 1 Star for service due to the lazy employees in the back. 3 stars for atmosphere as I do not expect a fastfood place to have great atmosphere. Fastfood with a short line should not even come close to taking this long. I never leave reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with this experience. To the woman up front, I wish I could give you a 5 star review, but, for everything else, I would not recomend at all. I will not be returning. It was woth the $13 loss to learn this lesson.

This is a terribly run Bojangles. Half the time I’ve been there they’ve either overcooked the food or completely forgotten items in the bag. Latest example: I just ordered a family chicken meal, and they completely forgot to include the biscuits and the mashed potatoes. Bojangles stores in nearby towns aren’t anywhere near this bad. The owner of this store should lose their franchise license.

Always a positive and friendly attitude when I visit this location. The establishment is always clean as well.
Arrived in the drive through line 45 min prior to closing. Sat waiting for 15 minutes. Told they shut there grill off and was no longer going to cook any food 20 min prior to closing at 10pm.

I do not come to this place often due to terrible service. The manager james was rude while taking my order. I asked for the 12 piece family meal and was told it come with the fixins! I ordered mashed potato’s, mac and cheese and fries. I also ordered a side of mashed potato’s and gravy. However when i got to the window the manager was once again rude and had an attitude when i gave him my card. Then I had double checked my food and realized neither of my mashed potato’s were in the bag. When i asked the girl if she had my side she replied “no”. Every time i come to this location the service is terrible. whether i come in morning or at night the people always seem to have a nasty attitude. Unsure if i will be coming back.

The Liberty SC Bojangles was very unorganized. The workers didn't know what they were suppose to be doing. I waited for over 5 minutes to place my order(with no one ahead of me in line). Never received forks in our take out order bag. Not sure I will return...
