The first time I ate there this place was amazing, I just recently ordered from them for lunch and it was honestly the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The staff was amazing very polite maybe it was just a bad day but very awful

Save yourself the wait, just go to ponchos. You place a call in, stand at the register a good 10 mins waiting on someone to finally finish the conversation they're having in the back to come up and check you out, meanwhile your food sits there and gets cold. I'd give zero stars if that was a thing.

Came to have a drink after a stressful week. Ordered a daquri. Spilled after I barely drank it.
Server cleaned it up and asked if I wanted another one. I immediately asked "are you sure?" Assuming she meant do you want it replaced.
She brought the other one out with no straw. All is fine. Check gets brought, $17 for 2 daquris. One that was spilled after a few sips and one that was barely drunk by the time I got the check.
Other than the kind young man, everyone else acted like I was trying to get something for free when I never consented to paying for another drink. I am not trying to say I deserved another one, I clearly asked "are you sure?" Insinuating that they didn't have to replace it for free. I never consented to paying for another one.
I had to argue for 5-10 minutes before they finally took it off my bill. Even after all of that I still tipped 10%. This is the first ever time I've considered not leaving a tip.
So essentially I paid $8.50 to drink 6-10 sips of a drink and $25 for the entire check, only to be treated like I was some scammer.
Only the young man actually didn't treat me like I was crazy. I've been to bars / restaurants all over the United States and in different countries. I've never seen anybody spill a drink and then get asked if they want another one and get charged for it.
The food and drinks are great here but I can't give anything more than a one star when you're treated like a thief for not wanting to pay for something that you didn't get explicitly told you were paying for.
I left the second drink 95% full and paid for the $8.50 split drink. I didn't expect anything for free. Just tell people you're charging them for another drink after a spill. That should be 100% clarified

The staff was very helpful, polite, and friendly. They quickly sat us down and got us our drinks. Our food arrived quickly & was piping hot. The portions were huge for what they were charging, especially for the lunch menu prices. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive family style Mexican meal
