My drink was great but when I was walking up to the counter, the girl at the register slammed her phone down and sighed like I was majorly inconveniencing her. I have no problem with employees using their phones while their slow but you shouldn’t make your customers feel like an inconvenience because of it.

This was on 11/16 around 11am. This location is a kiosk in ingles, so I understand that it may not be on par with other Starbucks stores, however… I ordered the most simple drink. There were 4 people working one was actually doing her job, she had the cutest space buns. And she is the reason I’m giving 2 starts However, the other three were not. When I walked up they were swearing and fussing at each other for what I assume were personal things? Idk. They are young, so whatever, however the girl that took my order was not paying attention in the slightest. I told her my order 3 times, grande iced vanilla latte with an extra shot. I will give her, the other girl and guy working there were yapping in her ear about who knows what and distracting her. The girl that made my order asked if I wanted milk. Which, yes it’s a latte… so yeah? They gave me a basic coffee with sugar, milk, and vanilla.. I paid for the latte and extra shot. I don’t usually care all that much, but it’s just frustrating to tell them 3 I reckon 4 times my order and it be wrong.

Girl taking my order had a bad attitude. I asked for Almond milk, she stated they didn't have it, so I told her I didn't want regular milk and she stated they had oatmilk and I was ok with that. Then I asked for Whipped cream on top she then stated I thought you couldn't have it. She was questioning me in a rude manner. The other girl working with her stated she wasn't making anymore Whipped cream, rudely. My order was very simple. I paid over $7 for one drink, plus purchased a gift card. Then my son and his wife placed order and she was sassy with them. Never had this experience at any other Starbucks. We was the only customer at this time.

Stopped by at 6:45 pm on a Thursday (today) to pick up a coffee and some pup cups. Google states this location is open until 9:00 pm. I walked up to the counter to be ignored by three staff members. I finally spoke up and asked, excuse me are you open? One young blonde headed female turned around "uh no" rolled her eyes and turned back around. I have never been more disrespected by anyone at a Starbucks. This young lady should lose her job. Period.

Only getting 3 stars because the girl that took the order was sweet but I made sure to get Nadia’s name because she does not need to be training anyone or working in customer service with her bully ways. The way she was training the girl and screaming MOVE was hateful and not professional. Her eye rolling and body language is awful. She at one time was being trained and I don’t know if that was how she was trained but you all need to address it. Who wants to wait in their order and watch how she bully’s her peers?
