Don't usually have any problems but I ordered two separate 10 piece munchkins on the mobile App this morning for my office and instead of being in two separate boxes they were all thrown into one bag. I paid for two separate orders not one big one. They should have been separated.

I really enjoy that the couple working afternoon/ night shift. They make sure they always take care and pride in everything; while always busy and short staff. Thank you guys for all you do and for always making my coffee and food amazing.

Not much of a Dunkin' Doughnuts fan anyways and even less after today. A member of our party wanted some blueberry munchkins so we stopped at this location. It is a combo Dunkin and Basken Robbins. Drive thru backed up 4 cars deep at 3pm and not moving. Go inside and where there are two employees. There are no more than 5 doughnut selections and 3 munchkin selections. Ice cream area appeared closed. If you wanted a coffee you were in business. Never again will we stop here.

Friendly enough employees - my wife ordered online and sent me with limited information. Items were waiting at the pickup window, except the donuts. Took a few minutes of standing around to be acknowledged and they got our donuts. Drove back to condo to realize there were no straws.Also missing an orange juice, but that's on my wife.To all take-out places - please just put napkins & straws in the damn bag.

Night shift is amazing. Unfortunately there are only 2 workers. However, they are the two hardest workers I've ever seen. Not only are they hard workers but they make very good iced coffee. 4 stars however for poor management and overworked employees

We stopped for coffee and possibly a donut, but the amount of gnats on the donuts and wall was just gross. I barely wanted to leave with the coffee.

we sat at the window for 30 minutes without any help, we then got charged for the wrong thing and they didn't refund it and made me pay for what i ordered. slow & d****

If I could give no stars I would. Rude, condescending untrained employees. Tried to order an ice cream cake at BR but the employee couldn't find the order book, wrote it in a napkin, and when she got a the particulars asked me, "is that all, you don't want anything besides the writing on it?" I said something to the effect that they would put some kind of design or something, like roses on it? She said she didn't know. I mentioned that this did not inspire confidence, and she said "I don't like your attitude." MY attitude!? I told her never mind the order, and she says "Yeah, you can leave now." And I did. I will never darken their door again.

Today was the second time that my family and I visit this location and noticed the staff not washing hands, building hot (no A/C) staff member told us the A/C was broken, and the ice cream in the coolers were melted. A guy walks in carrying a Burger King bag and cup. He puts his Burger King bag into the trash. At first I thought the guy was a customer, but he walks behind the counter, holding his BK cup in one hand and began to rinse out pitchers with the others. He didn't wash his hands before doing such. At this point my family and I walked out and refused to come back to this location.

Every time I order off the mobile app I am told upon arrival that they do not have any of what I order for two people donuts and coffee flavors or even correct sizes. I understand they are busy but come on, get it together. It is such a shame because it is close to home. The donuts we did get were hard and coffees not made as asked even after it was the second order for the same visit

Aka Dunkin'Donuts. One of the nicest ones in the area. Big inside for a whole contactor crew and then some. If you don't have time to stop for a full breakfast go here.
